Rode RW go fast 9/27
Book early and grab a cabin for 40 bucks, it's great to be able to clean up and relax in the ride back. Getting off the boat is a bit disorganized, but I'm sure it's worlds better now that there is no tender involved. We spent just under 5 hours on Bimini. Grab a golf cart for $50 at the resort and roll into Alice town, the public beach across from Big johns was perfect, just get a little bit away from the vendors and it's PERFECT! We had the beach to ourselves! Back to the boat at 4:50 ten minutes to spare. Don't be late, they are NOT waiting. Once the staff gets the disembarkation and logistics right, it's gonna be even better, the growing pains are quite evident, but easily fixed. Once the ft Lauderdale runs start in two weeks, they should have it all dialed in.
Stuarts for conch salad, big johns for lunch. If you are looking for a great couples day, this is it!

We went to Bimini for the weekend on the Superfast. The trip was fine we knew how long the trip was going to take and what to expect. Customs was fast and courteous on the way in and out. We did not like that the passengers staying at the resort were the last to leave the ship, they need to get more ferries, there isn't enough seating for everyone, we were standing the entire trip on the ferry. We arrived before check in so we decided to go out for lunch. Taxi fare is $5 each way per person. Came back for our luggage but the attendant was gone for the day,it closes @ 430 there wasn't a sign to indicate this. We waited for someone to get the keys, there were other people waiting also. Our apartment was beautifully decorated , had a king size bed, kitchen, washer and drier. You definitely need to rent a golf car. The property is very large and need a golf car to get around. Front desk if we called, they would send someone to pick us up, but were not able to connect. We would flag resort personnel to take us to the main hotel area and casino. Some people use taxis to get around the resort. Cleaning staff came to our room on the last day around 10am, check out is @11. We asked if they could send someone to pick us up with the luggage but after waiting 10 min ( they said someone would pick us up in 5 or 10 min) we decided to walk with 90 degrees at noon, not a pleasant experience. The Casino is small but a combination of casino and restaurant with big screen TV. Mahi mahi dinner and conch salad were excellent. We had a hard time getting back to our place. Last day at the beach was an awful experience. It seemed that there had been a party the night before. The sand was full of beer bottles, plastic cups washing into this beautiful beach. The restaurant by the beach opens when the guest from Superfast arrive, not before. No umbrellas or towels were available before 11am. This message is for the visitors, please don't destroy this beautiful beach. Resort, please protect your property. This is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. There are plenty is conch shells and fish swimming around to admire and enjoy.

Room Tip: Get an upstairs villa, the view is nicer. Property is spread out very quiet

We loved Jeremie at the front desk! After dealing with a few issues with our rooms, he was overly accommodating and helped change our room until we were happy. Whenever we ran into him, he always said hi and made sure we were having a great time!

Room Tip: There is a lot of construction for the new hotel being built, so I would recommend a villa away from...

A few friends and I stayed at the resort and the experience was simply amazing! From start to finish we were given first class service by the very warm staff and not to mention the amazing ambiance of the entire resort. Daytime activities were relaxed and soothing and nighttime was pure fun! I'll definitely be back again!!!

I went for a girls day trip. It was awesome! The activities and dancing kept us busy until we reached bimini. The breakfast was good. We rented a golf cart for 6 and drove to the beach. We didn't get time to check out the resort. We when returned to the ship, we went to the sports bar for AC, charge phones, and eat. The process to get on and off the ship was easy. The activities (karaoke) on the way back to port was fun as well. I would definitely suggest the day trip.

A group of six of us had the pleasure of visiting Resorts World Bimini last month to celebrate two birthdays. What an amazing time!! As soon as we arrived to the island, we were greeted by the General Manager, Ray Valentino and he had everything ready for us to continue our celebrating from the cruise ship. Ray and his staff exemplify what hospitality should be. Ray made sure that we had everything we needed for our visit, made sure the birthday visitors had a great time and just overall spoiled us rotten. He is also one of the hardest working GM's I have every encountered. We spotted Ray working hard all over that resort, no matter what time it was! We cannot wait to go back once the renovations are finished. Ray and his team do an amazing job at providing 5 star plus service to their guests!!!

We traveled on the Superfast cruise to the island and stayed two nights at the hotel. The shuttle (golf cart) from the boat to the hotel was very nice and efficient.

Check in was great. Arrived around noon and our room was ready for check in. We had decided to stay two nights. Service was friendly and place was clean and bright. We had a studio that included a king bed, a small kitchen (refrig, microwave, sink, table, basic dishes), a washer and dryer!, sectional pull-out couch, and good sized bathroom. We were at the far end of the resort. The resort is very extensive and spread out. We decided to rent a golf cart immediately and kept it for 48 hours. I can't emphasize how imperative it is to rent a golf cart. You will certainly see more of the island, but even see more of the resort. The sun there is HOT. The grounds, pool, beach, casino, restaurants, etc. are very nice and clean and well-maintained.

Now for the cons:

Service is very inconsistent. Our phone in our room didn't work and at 9pm, when I discovered there were no sheets for the pull-out, I had to load in the golf cart and go to front desk. There solution was great....they gave me a cell phone to use. However, I then waited over an hour for the sheets to get to the room.

My son is a picky eater so he didn't eat much in town but we always got him a grilled cheese at the coffee shop in the resort. Two nights in a row it came with chips. The next day I asked to order one and they said I couldn't order it at that time to which another employee, said sure they can make it. However, no chips this time and same price.

Breakfast in the Sabor restaurant was also spotty. Food always good, but service was hit or miss.

We will probably not to return to the island, but if we did, we would stay here again. The reason we will not return is that the beach is mediocre. The pool is great though.

Many people complain about the boat - SUperfast. I can see if you only went for the day that it would mean only a short time on the island and might not be worth it. I would definitely suggest staying overnight.

And be sure to stop by Edith's. We ate there twice....food and service was great!
