While visiting these historical and beautiful places, we will meet the families and sample true island life. Our History, Geology, Culture, Flora & Fauna, and Christian beliefs are what we share. We will also use kayaks and boats to explore the unique and maginificent shallow waters of The Bahamas. Blue holes, coral reefs, mangrove creeks and turtle grass beds are all habitats for turtles, starfish, stingrays, nurse sharks, many species of fish, and numerous other marine creatures that are the highlight of our tours. we also provide a hot lunch on one of or many breathtaking beaches. Swimming and relaxing is a must. Fishing rods and snorkeling gear are optional. This combination of activities allows us the opportunity to offer a unique and amazing vacation experience in The Bahamas.

“Not what we expected...”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2012

We had booked the East End tour with Chad. The beginning of the tour was fine, and then went downhill from there. Our guide was nice, but not very organized. Basically we paid a lot of money for a car ride and lunch (which wasn't even what we had ordered). We spent almost the entire day either in the car or waiting for our lunch on the beach. We waited so long on our lunch that we didn't have time to see the caves and do the kayaking. I had ordered lobster for my lunch, and ended up with conch. So we decided to skip the caves and do the snorkeling. It was so windy that we couldn't snorkel and kayak in the normal spot. We ended up in a big creek, with murky water. We got to snorkel over a blue hole, which had no fish, corral, or anything to see. There were some members of our group who actually called Chad and complained, and they were given half their money back. Because I or my husband didn't verbally complain we weren't even offered any kind of refund. We were so excited for this tour and experience. In the end this was the worst day of our cruise.

“Great Local Company”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2012

I loved it! I got to do so much in one day - kayaking, snorkeling, eating local food, touring caves, seeing a Pirates of the Caribbean film site, learning about local medicinal plants (kind of a side commentary), and going to the "Conch Crackin' Festival". Also, I am a single female who booked the tour by myself after learning that there were others from my ship going. I felt comfortable the entire time. Another note, nobody else on our ship got to go snorkeling that day because the water was so choppy on the side of the island on which the ship docked. We were driven to the opposite side of the island where the water was calm and beautiful. If you don't want the typical tourist experience then book through this company.

“Authentic and Genuine Tour-Felt like a Local”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2012

If you like a little history, local feel, and adventure all wrapped in one tours, you MUST book with CHAD4TOURS!

D’Angelo or “D”, as we were instructed to call him, was our local guide who was friendly and easy to understand. He gave us a tour of a life time!! Everything about this tour was authentic – None of the touristy chain stuff.

We first visited a local park and explored caves and learned about how they were formed. Next we drove for about 45 minutes to a remote beach that locals would visit. On the drive there D gave us a thorough history lesson! We actually talked with some locals at a bar and enjoyed lunch. The lunch was from a local restaurant that had amazing food and it was CLEAN! After lunch, we headed to the blue holes to kayak and snorkel. The kayak was exciting, but it was physical.

Just a warning - Remember you are in a different country, so things may be a little different than some may be accustomed. To pick up the kayaks, we went to a residential location and back into someone’s yard to hook the trailer to the van. There were a few things they could improve on though – like having water ready for the tour, but other than that it was PERFECT!

“D'Angelo”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 24, 2012

Hi D'Angelo, Patrice and Linda wish you a Happy Birthday. Thanks so much for the great day on the tour. The blue hole, beaches and food were excellent and was exactly what I was hoping to experience on this trip.

“Sounds sketchy, but GREAT!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2012

I'm going to start this by saying yes, i almost ditched at the last minute. I was very apprehensive about booking a excursion with a company without a website, where all the info i had was through reviews such as this one. HOWEVER, this was by far one of the best excursions i've done. YES there are a few things they could improve on, but they have only been up for a little over 7 months, so kinks are expected.

We met Lamont right outside our ship where he checked us off and designated us a spot to wait for the other who were participating on this excursion. Once we all got there, we piled into a bus where Lamont gave us a brief history lesson and explained that some of the folks with us had booked the West End tour (we booked the East End Tour) therefore we would be splitting. We met at a remote parking lot at the old Internationl Bazaar where Versace used to be, now its just a rundown abadoned building. (Don't fret, its all part of the tour). Lamont explains to us as we got into a smaller van that this area used to be bustling up until the hurricane damaged most of it and the investors fled the area, leaving it that way.

The drive was long, get ready, approximately 50 minutes, but Lamont kept us entertained by pointing out things on the way and giving us alot of information. We stop at a very secluded and gorgeous beach for a bathroom break and resume to the filming location for the Pirates of the Carribbean. Its a gorgeous location, nothing there really just remnants of an building that housed water pumps, but neat nonetheless. We proceeded to Crabbing Bay Beach, to snorkel and kayak. AMAZING beach, im talking pristine water, no one around, i mean NO ONE, just us. We snorkeled over blue holes, saw fish and lobster, and picked up conch and starfish. We then kayaked some as well. The food he provides is absolutely amazing!!! The lobster was phenomenal!!

After we swam and got all tan and tired we headed out towards Lucayan National Park to see some awesome caves and learn about their history. Once again, Lamont was very knowledgeable about all things. We then headed on back to the old Versace parking lot where we hopped back on the bus to port.

Yes it was a little sketchy at first, but Lamont makes you very comfortable and his knowledge made this excursion extremely fun and interesting for us. The 4 other couples with us had just as great of a time. Dont let the akwardness of booking and how they handle certain aspects of their new business throw you off. It was really a fun and entertaining excursion!
