We wanted a great restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, as well as my parents' anniversary and this place did not disappoint. The building structure is modern and perched on a prime beachfront location (within the Radisson Grand Lucayan grounds, across the street from the Port Lucaya market) It is well worth the effort to call ahead and reserve a table near one of their floor-to-ceiling windows that affords amazing ocean views.
The food was fantastic - each dish allowed you to taste the many subtle pacific-rim flavours. Prices were very reasonable for an "upscale" restaurant...perhaps $18-$20 per entree. The kitchen was open so you could watch the chefs in action if you so desired. My only complaint was the price of the sushi and sashimi.
As previously mentioned, the restaurant is within the hotel's property, so just let security know that you are there for the restaurant.
We had the privilege of dining at some great restaurants on this trip but China Beach was easily everyone's favourite.
