Almost every night ends with a stop at "Count Basie's Square" When I first went there an had my 1st "Pain Killer", I was hooked!!!

The awards ceremony for the Conchman Triathlon were there. Well attended, Very friendly. Lots of eating places close by.
Saturday nights are always entertaining - lots of music and dancing. Good music, drinks from Rum Runners, restaurants in close proximity. It all adds up to a relaxing night!
Count Basie Square is at the market place, and gives a great opportunity to enjoy some food, drinks, and music. There is usually a live show Friday evenings, so don't miss out on that!
A Bahamian band played mix Island and U.S. mainstream songs. You can sit and eat and drink around the stage area or get up and dance with the flow. A mix of tourist and locals on a Saturday night, even including kids. It was fun way to get into the Island spirit.
