We were contemplating spending New Year's Eve at Sabor based on their advertised pre-fixe meal and the location, which can't be beat. Sabor sits on the water where all the boats dock, giving you a lovely view. In beautiful weather, they have tables dockside so you are inches from the fish in the bay. The entire restaurant is open air. However, the day we went they were out of everything and everything included most local seafood choices and sandwich bread, taking at least one-third of the menu items out of the contention. With that said, since we were all down to our second choices, it wasn't an optimal experience. I ordered a burger that was handmade. It was excellent and prepared to my taste. A friend order stirfry that was ordinary and another ordered penne that was tasty, but not worth the price on the menu. Drinks were solid.
