We stay there for 4 nights. Rooms not that great but the views were better. Room was clean daily with fresh sheets and towels. Closer to casino and other restaurants and the village marina than the royal towers. I will stay there again. the only down they need to add room service for those late night craves.

Lovely clean purpose built resort, a mixture between Vegas and Discovery Cove. The resort was finished in 1998 and could do with some upgrading.
Was there on business and had a pleasant couple of days.

What was irritating were the hidden expenses:
-Bottle of water in the room was $7
-Breakfast not included
-WIFI $19.75 per day
-local taxes came to $83 per night!!
-$5 a day gratuity for maid service was included in the final bill - Not sure what I was paying $290 a night on.

Be aware that while there is a large range of restaurants at the resort not all will be necessarily open.

So overall a bad taste in the mouth but a good place for a break. Service was reasonable. People on the island are friendly and hospitable.

Atlantis is basically Las Vegas of the Caribbean. Brother-in-law was on a work bonus trip staying at the cove so we decided to check out the atlantis as we never would go here unless there was a reason. Didn't feel like spending $550 a night so made a reservation at the beach tower and was "upgraded" to the coral tower. AMERICA CHECK OUT THE REST OF THE CARIBBEAN. For the most part you actually get what you pay for which is not the case with the Atlantis. Our $259 a night hampton inn style room turned out to be $310 a night with there mandatory gratuity added on to the bill.

Small annoyances on top of the overpriced water-park/aquarium/casino resort:

Went to the cove to have breakfast room service (because there is no room service in our $300 a night room!). It was a hassle to get up to his room (he literally had to come down to get us) and on top of that security guard acted like he was doing us a favor. We were warned on the phone it would take an hour for food to come. It literally took an hour and a half for the food to come and it was $132 with no alcohol for 4 meals.

Our refrigerator was broken when we checked in so i called and asked for it to be looked at. Guy came and said we needed a new one. They didn't remove old one when new one came but I was happy how quickly it happened so I thought nothing of it. Bill comes morning of check out under door. $45 refrigerator rental fee!!!!! I check out in person to get rental fee removed. Lady says she will take care of it after a little discussion and eye roll on her part, then goes on to tell me how they don't offer refrigerators in rooms anymore and that I should of been told of the charge. I didn't want to get into it with her as I had a plane to catch but REALLY!? So you leave old broken refrigerators in the room? You charge families for mini-frigs?

First, let me say I am a budget traveler and would never consider paying the high season rates at this hotel. If you can compare dates and have flexibilty, watch for deals on their website and you can score a great rate! We stayed right after thanksgiving for less than $150 a night in a water view room. The rooms at Coral are nothing fancy but are more than adequate and are very comfortable pillow top matresses. The views are amazing. Last time we stayed at Comfort Suites across the street but were so frustrated that we came all that way and had no way of getting an ocean view room bc one doesn't exist there. It is worth it to stay on property!! The waterpark is amazing and so much fun! The pools are all so different. And if you enjoy marine life, you've gotta come. I've never experienced aquariums like this ever anywhere!! You will read over and over about the high cost of everything here..and yes, it is true. But if you know what to do and plan ahead, you can travel here on a budget. For activities, they have a free arts n crafts activity each day...ceramic banks to paint, journals to make, etc. Also free bingo each day with incredible prizes...we left with mugs, activity book, paddleboard game, keychain, etc. all from winning at bingo! Free sea turtle feedings and stingray feedings...the kids LOVED that! There are so many lagoons with different species of fish and sea life...it would take you a day just to see them all. So if you consider the price of visiting an aquarium, and the price of visiting a waterpark, and the price of going to the beach...you've got it all rolled into one price at Atlantis. We considered Disney but the price of the tickets alone...and this is so much more relaxing! Yes, there are very expensive activities here - dolphin encounters, walking with sharks, etc but there is plenty to do without that. As for food...this WILL be an expense. But again, do your research. There is a DD acros the street and also Anthony's with pizza under $20. A family dinner at Carmines for spaghetti and meatballs was $50 for 4 of us. Virgils also a good option with huge portions! We didn't eat at the gourmet restaurants...will save that for when we go without the kids :) You will not be disappointed at Atlantis. It is amazing.

Room Tip: Request 12th floor (highest floor). Views of ocean and Royal Tower are amazing!

My Family & I stayed at the Coral Towers and It will be one that is surely to be remembered. When we first got on property ,we got lost :( ... but luckily Edison of Discover Atlantis at the Information Center made me and my family feel so welcomed , His personality and Smile made me feel so comfortable! He gave us a list of exciting things to checkout like the amazing Dolphin Interactions at Dolphin Cay. I'll make it my duty to come to Atlantis Every year because of the Hospitality !

We enjoyed a few days over Thanksgiving holiday in Atlantis staying in the coral towers. We were there, in part, for the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament. Fun! We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Each one had a balcony which was nice. If you are expecting the Ritz you will be disappointed. I would compare to moderate Disney resort hotel. You pay for being at the resort. We liked the location as it's near shopping, casino, marina and many great restaurants. Nobu was my favorite restaurant. It was great. We also enjoyed Carmine's and Virgil's. All were pricey but provided nice dining experiences. All in all, a great time had by all.

3rd time in Nassau and decided to splurge on day passes to the resort. We did not purchase the waterpark option as it was chilly out.

Extremely friendly staff and clean grounds.

We had a nice time exploring and would return for a day trip in the future. I wouldn't pay to stay there for a week as I don't feel it is worth the cost.
