Excellent location obviously. We picked the Beach Tower hotel as although its the furthest away in the resort it is right on the beach and as this was what we wanted it was ideal. Also being out of the way means you can get out of the busyness of the main area. The resort is very large and obviously this means that it is very busy. It also has day trippers so avoid the main area during the day if you can. We stayed for 4 days and I think this was just enough as they advise you not to leave the resort so 4 days is more than enough to see it all. It was our silver wedding anniversary so chose to eat in the most expensive restaurant available that night, the Seafire, give this a miss its not worth it. The staff lost our order and seemed only interested in the more affluent looking guests. We waited over 40 minutes for our entrées to be served then a further 50 minutes for our main course. Not good. However the following night we ate in the Bahamian Club, different class, night and day from the Seafire and whilst still expensive totally one of the best meals I have had ever. On the other end of the scale Johnny Rockets was Johnny Rockets, great fun and great burgers. Also in the deli try the coconut and pineapple cake, delicious. One tip though book your restaurants before you go to get a good time otherwise you might be disappointed. The rooms are all well situated and what's expected of the standard of hotel. We paid for a sea view and it was worth it. You have to pay extra for wifi which these days in a hotel of this rating I find unacceptable bit paid anyway as we wanted to share our adventure with our family back home. All in all a lovely hotel, lovely beach and great food just perfect for celebrating or relaxing.
