Clean hotel, lots of staff to care for your every need, great breakfast included! We were on 1st floor so easy access to walk to Atlantis. Save your money, stay here, then go spend it in the casinos &dinner @ Atlantis. Hotel room very very spacious & king bed very comfortable. Fridge, coffee maker in room. Lots of amenities w smart TV. Safe included for nominal 2.00per day. Little bar in the lobby for an evening glass of wine & across the street from a Dunkin donuts if you' re a real die hard. Shuttle service from airport to their front door for a fee but, hassle free...way to come n go.Overall 4 out 5 well worth it!

Room Tip: Ask for 1st floor- saves a few steps.

My family and I just got home from our vacation two days ago and are already planning on our return! This was our second stay in three years and our most recent was even better than the last and we didn't think that was possible! The staff at Comfort Suites were unlike any i have ever encountered. Each person we came in contact with from start to finish of our trip was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Crystal, my whole family fell in love with her our first trip and were SO EXCITED to see her behind the pool bar when we returned. With her bright smile, and sparkling personality, Crystal makes the Comfort Suites truly feel like home in Paradise. We cannot wait to see her our next visit! Not to mention the beds, which were SO comfy, rooms that were cleaned thoroughly every day, and full access to Atlantis which is just a stones throw away. The one thing I would suggest is to stock up on water, snacks and other groceries before you go over the bridge to Paradise Island because the food and drinks are very expensive once your on the Atlantis campus. The price of this trip was extremely reasonable and the memories we have are priceless. Even if I was a billionaire, i'd still want to stay here. Miss you already!!! We'll be back!!

My family and I visited Paradise Island and had the pleasure of staying at this fine hotel. The staff was very friendly and was available when needed. Kay and Ms. D are two of the names I remembered from breakfast, but all the restaurant staff that I encountered was very nice. The rooms are well kept and the housekeeping staff does a wonderful job.

We loved it our first time last winter so much that we went back there June 3-7th. We were not disappointed.

This hotel really and truly has its act together. This time we had room 216 which is by the rear door and the shortest walk to Atlantis and Marina Village.

Every morning we walked into Atlantis and picked up our wristbands for the day. Atlantis charges $80 a day minimum for one of these. Comfort suites includes these at n/c. We spoke to two couples with little kids who told us they were shell shocked by the amount of money they were spending at Atlantis and the Riu. We told them next time to use the Comfort Suites instead and save big dollars. I told them to check out the reviews. I hope they do.

We love Nassau and Paradise Island. We will be back to the Comfort Suites again. That's a promise.

This hotel is located directly across the street from Atlantis. The room was average, we had a room with 1 king bed and a pull out couch. No bells and whistles to talk about in there, it was just a regular room. There was free breakfast every morning that I would suggest taking advantage of because all the food is expensive on the island. It was the same thing everyday so don't expect variety. You get access to the Atlantis when staying at the resort which makes this a great value. The hotel also gives you lunch and dinner vouchers for the kids. We only used 1 for dinner because Anthony's Restaurant was not worth going to twice. I would definitely stay here again.

My family of 8 (ages 63 years to 21 months) booked two rooms here while on a cruise so we would have access to the facilities in Atlantis. We exited our cruise ship and took a taxi over to the hotel. It cost $4 per person each way. We were at the hotel front desk around 9AM and had no problem checking in. One of our rooms was already ready and we were thus able to put our bag in the room. They give you a card for each room with the names of the adults in the room on the cards. You are then to take those cards to the desk in the main royal towers lobby at Atlantis that is at the entrance of the aquarium. They give 4 individuals per room an arm band that allows you access to all the facilities at Atlantis. Finding the desk was the hardest part but it wasnt too bad. The walk from the lobby at Comfort Suites to the check in desk to get your arm bands was about 10 minutes. You have to go right across the street and enter Atlantis on the far end and it takes you past some high end shops, through the casino and into the Royal Towers lobby. you go down one level and the desk is there at the entrance of the aquarium. From there you have access to all the water park facilities, the many pools, hot tubs, the beach and the aquarium. It is awesome. I think this was our families' favorite day of our vacation.

We were able to go back to the Comfort Suites that afternoon and get showers and change clothes and go back to Atlantis to take pictures. My Mother-in-law carried my infant son back to the room a little earlier and layed him down for a nap. We had to call front desk 3 different times to get a pack and play brought to the room but this was my only complaint. They were very friendly and the rooms were very nice. We all agreed we need to just come to Comfort Suites to stay for a vacation and have access to Atlantis for the trip. The rooms were very large and the hotel had a free breakfast.

Definitely plan to return to this hotel.

The "system" between Comfort Suites Paradise Island works well with the Atlantis Hotels, that it, guest staying at CSP can take have access to all the amendities of The Atlantis Hotels, including Beach Tower, Coral Towers and Royal Towers. There is the casino, "The Dig" and many, many themed pools, lazy rivers etc, The "down" side to this concept, at lease to me isthat, for example, my husband and I were having a great day swimming in the pool and lazy river at the Beach Tower, than we hung out on the beautiful beach, however, after that we could not go up to our hotel room and clean up and change because we did NOT have a room at the Atlantis! We had to walk to a restaurant at Coral Towers in our wet bathing suits, have dinner, than walk back to the Comfort Suites. It was uncomfortable for me!
