We went to Anthony's on the recommendation of locals, and we were not disappointed.
We wanted some conch fritters...they were fabulous, crispy and
Iight, and the conch was tender. Believe me , conch turns to rubber if over cooked- Anthony's did it right, and he dipping sauce was zesty and delicious!
My friend and I had the grouper sandwich- we should have split it! It was huge! Cooked just right, very food, and the fries were great.
I also had a bowl of black bean soup- very good, topped with onion and sour cream. My husband had Italian chopped meat sandwich- another huge portion, delicious. Last, a bowl of conch stew, seasoned just right.
The only draw back was we were swarmed by sugar bees outside..,annoying, but no one was stung. It was a beautiful day, and we sat outside within view of the Atlantis hotel.
