We had no reservations, but saw 4 seats at the bar and grabbed them. We had the Bianco flatbread pizza ( ok) the Rustico ( super), the Wedge salad ( super)...the flatbreads and salad were big enough to share with another person. I asked about the rosemary and herb bread with the tapenade and olives that a TA poster mentioned would come to your table as a complimentary nibble. Well, I didn't get much of a response from the waiter , only that "Yes, it is on the menu as an appetizer to order." Hmmmm. A few moments later, our drinks came and my DH asked the waiter for some bread to go with our drinks. ( By this time, DH talked football and cricket with the waiter and called him by his name a few times.) "Sure, I can get you some bread." And out came the beautiful tray of olives, flavored oil, tapenade, and bread. This appetizer was the BEST ever and helped fill us up.
We also ordered dessert. The butterscotch crème brulee ($12) was AMAZING and we went back for it 4 more times after that night!!! (On another night,we also tried the smores ice cream and crust concoction ( $12)----also had this 4 more times - also amazing.) So...2 flatbread pizzas, 2 salads, 3 glasses of wine and 1 dessert
(that all 4 of us shared) for our first night here came to $137.
On departure day, we had lunch here. I had the Olive's Burger and Wedge salad. Both were superb.
We LOVED this place. The people were VERY friendly. The food was fantastic!! It's off to the side of the casino in the Royal Towers. You will love it!!
