Owner description: Probably one of the best kept secrets on the island. This Park combines beautiful nature trails, historical ruins, amazing desolate beaches and guided tours. The nature park is home to winding trails, three beaches and a excellent snorkeling on the island. The only disadvantage is that it is not accessible by public transportation or within walking distance to the hotels. You have to book a tour through an operator but believe us it is worth the trip!

“worth the time to go”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2013

This is an isolated area far from the tourist traps of Bay Street. The one beach I spent time on was Jaws Beach and it was lovely and quiet and a very pleasant beach experience. We didn't tour the heritage site of old slave ruins but did view them in passing and they looked authentic and worth exploration if you've not seen any other old ruins.

“Sparkly”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 25, 2013

Very nice water , reef within swimming area to snorkel to, nice white sand beach. When in the water be careful where you step, stay clear of rock piles, there is fire coral on them , if you touch this mustard colored stuff t will burn and blister you. There 3 beaches here but you gotta walk to them 1st beach is un named 2 nd is flipper beach 3 rd is jaws beach, named solely from movies being filmed there!!

“Disappointing”

Clifton Heritage Park is lovely, but once we got to the beach there was broken glass and oil on the beach.

“Natural ecosystem”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013

This is definitely one of the best spots on the western end of the island. There are a lot of improvements being made to the park which is home to a lot of animals in their natural ecosystem. For persons who enjoy nature, a visit to this park is a must.

“Beautiful Beaches on New Providence's West Side”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2012

This is a beautiful, quiet place to come where there are rarely people. The landscape and views are amazing. The beaches are as untouched as you can get on the very developed New Providence Island. The Heritage Park itself leaves a little bit to be desired, but I go for the beaches and tranquility.
