Chef Jean-George Vongerichten has created a French Colonial outpost at Atlantis. The place is gorgeous, but the food has to take pride of place. Lamb chops basted in 50 year-old balsamic vinegar were the best I've ever had anywhere in the world. My husband's duck with almonds and foie gras sauce was simply amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and reveal their skills in flaming and table side carving, as well. Expensive but worth every penny.
