I been going for 15 years. It is dirty, food poor quailty and service is terrible

It's has become a freebie place for gamblers not for those paying. The management is not around and don't get invoked

They had to move me to 3 rooms and then the room was dirty, mold and bathroom floor sticky. Almost everthing in the room was broke

This was honestly one of the most disgusting hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was gross, old, dirty. The water wouldn't drain out of the shower. We had no bath towels. When we called down to ask for some, they brought us two wash cloths! Most of the hotel was closed. The staff was rude and not the least bit helpful. Thank goodness we only had to stay one night before we caught our flight to Crooked Island.

Was there Labor Day week-end & got bit up by bedbugs. I will not go again til they completely renovate the place & that wont be finished til Dec 2014. Dont go!!! Its a mess!!
They refuse to compensate me for the bedbug bites which I have scars on my arms from. They wouldnt even give me a band-aid...they told me to go to the drugstore & buy some!!

We booked 5 nights accommodation at the Wyndham Crystal Palace Resort and Casino. Upon check in on Sept. 2 2012, we were informed that the whole resort was closing in the next 2 days, as well as the Casino. Wow, we didnt know what was going on. I knew from reading reviews that they were doing major renovations and demolition for the new mega-resort coming in 2014 but I didnt know they would be closing completely. Anyway, it turned out really great for us because they put us up at the Sheraton next door, as I knew that people had left good reviews for the Sheraton on Tripadvisor, so I was pretty happy with that. Never got to see a room at the Wyndham but did spend a couple of nights at the Casino before it closed down. It was fun and had a good selection of games and slots for it's size (not huge). Overall, a good experience with the Staff at the Wyndham. Will post a reivew on the Sheraton Cable Beach, Bahamas.
