We wish we could be more positive. Over Labor day weekend they closed both fine dining restaurants over three nights offering only a $47 "buffet " dinner option. NO cocktail service in their private cove. Lounge chairs are very old, stained and ripped. Large Spa was not heated and had only one jet. Concrete on side of our balcony was falling off. We asked the front deck manager about paying resort fees when most of their facilities were closed. Treated rudely with an "I don't care attitude." Hopefully after the remodel, they also will remodel their customer service program. Happy 35th Anniversary for us?

We spend a week at the Wyndham Nassau Resort & Crystal Palace Casino and not only was our spacious room fabulous, but also, the staff couldn't have been more efficient, friendly and gracious to us! Although there was major construction going on demolishing 2 of the towers...it went unnoticed! Even the workers, if they happened to pass by the pool area, were polite and friendly! Thank you to the General Manager and staff of this great hotel for making our week in the Bahamas so special!!

Went for a friend's wedding and that part of the hotel was absolutely gorgeous, so no complaints there at all. Our room was slightly above average for a resort in the Caribbean, and since the hotel was under construction for renovations, our "oceanview" was no such thing but instead cranes and plenty of dirt. The spa and gym were just displaced rooms along a main hallway, and everyone walking by could see right through the glass separator! It was honestly not a very pleasant experience to stay on the grounds with the view and the noise, so we were in town most of our time there. I will say that the renovations ARE needed, since the resort itself is dated and needing some upgrading - it will probably be really pretty when they're finished in a couple years...

Everything you need in a hotel! It has a wonderful pool with slide and a jacuzzi. Swim up bar in pool with plenty of seating. Beach is good even for those not used to swimming as its shallow and protected. You can swim outside he inlet and there are plenty of fish to sea if you like to snorkle.

Hotel restaurants are good and have a selection and staff are friendly and helpful. It close to airport and town so you can hop on a bus and in 15mins you are in downtown Nassau.

A good location, clean, great views and large rooms i would strongly recommend
