Late April 2013 we dined at Driftwood David's and had some of the best ribs EVER. Not smokey, just luscious, falling from the bone, finger licking good, full of sweet and spicey flavor.
David is from the Carolina's and cooks the ribs that come from abroad to get the best meat available. It's a laid back place within an easy walk of the main Harbor in Cruz Bay upstairs in the Lumber Yard as it's called. Very casual and prices are easy on the pocketbook. I would go back in a heartbeat!
