Must do. Incredible view, incredible service and incredible food. They went way out of their way to make you feel welcome. Burger was best I have ever had, very upscale. Fish burrito special was excellent. Great wine selection, excellent mojito. You will love it. Will always be my #1 pick when ever I return.

If you want a nice high end restaurant on the island, this is a good place to go. The menu isn't overly exciting. However, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great view of Cruz Bay at sunset.

The Bistro was a pleasant surprise! It was suggested by the concierge at the Westin and ended as the best meal we've had thus far! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The filet was perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth. The potatoes accompanying it were crispy and seasoned just right! We finished the meal with bread pudding that came out hot and fulfilled my need for something sweet! Highly recommend this restaurant!

We were a group of 8. The tuna was fresh that day!! The main courses run about $35.00 They serve hot buns fresh out of the oven. The ice cream dessert came in a large waffle type cone. Yum, Yum!
