“Well worth a visit...don't miss the Sunday Jazz Brunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2013

We visited a couple of times, just for lunch one day, then Sunday Brunch, both were excellent. The restaurant is in a great location right on the Bay, stunning views of course. Food reasonably priced (for St John) and well prepared and presented. Tuna Tacos recommended, as well as Pina Colada pancakes for Sunday Brunch.

“Good food but has to wait an hour & a half for the food!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

So in a nutshell the food was pretty tasty-- I had the Kobe beef burger & my husband fish. We had a 7 pm reservation & didn't get served until about 8:45! It was absurd. I've heard of island time but this was crazy. The place wasn't even very busy. No explanation from our server just a thank you for our patience. I don't know if this was an anomaly but the long wait time would discourage me from going again despite the good food & drinks. If you do go, go during daylight so you can enjoy the view & bring a snack in case you have a long wait for food!

“Mama Lucy My Great Grandmother”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2013

Miss Lucy or Mama Lucy as she's known or was known by her family members is my great grandmother. I went out to the resatuarant with my famly while on christmas vacation and without being bias i can truly say that the food is still some of the best on either St.thomas and St.john. If you want the feeling of being at a real carribean restaurant you got to come out to Coral Bay and experience it for yourself. The restaurant is literally no more than 40 feet from the water and there are goats, chickens, iguanas, and all sorts of the same animals that were kept on her farm that i remeber from when i was a kid. Cant wait to go back and out there eat, drink, relax and reminisce.

“Sunday brunch is a must”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2013

The Sunday brunch is fabulous, but get there early for a parking spot and prime beachfront table. The live Jazz while eating filled out the whole experience.

“Excellent food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2013

We ate 1 Sunday brunch and 1 supper, so far, and will be going again tomorrow 1/13 for the Sunday brunch. Excellent food and location. We arrived 30 minutes early for the brunch, to get a good water view table. You will not be disappointed with the food, very tasty. Miss Lucy's is one of our favorite restaurants on St. John. Put Miss Lucy's on your list while there. :))
