“Best vacation EVER!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW via mobile

This resort has it all- sweeping views several pools to enjoy and award winning beaches minutes away! The free shuttle takes you to all the nearby beaches, and was so convenient and cost effective.

The staff will bend over backwards for you! Aaron was so friendly and helpful. Sean took us kayaking (which is free, as well as yoga) and he was so incredibly nice and extremely professional. Emma is one of the sweetest and most genuine people I've met on a resort, and even delivered an item to my room on her day off!

Overall, you cannot go wrong staying at this resort, every room comes with a view, service is great, and it's the best location on the island bc the ferry to St. John (which is a MUST) takes 15 min and is a free 5 min shuttle away. The restaurants were great, Duffys love shack and XO bistro were our favorites! Go book this resort TODAY!!

Meghan,

Thank you for sharing your opinion on Trip Advisor. We are fortunate to work in a beautiful place and along side teammates who are truly exceptional and fun. Thank you for mentioning several of them in your review. It means a great deal to them.

We really enjoyed our stay here. All of the condos have beautiful views out over the bay. There are a number of beaches nearby. The units are well-equipped for cooking with full kitchens. There are free activities like kayaking, snorkeling and yoga. The staff was wonderful - very helpful and friendly. The one drawback is that there is no restaurant, only a grill which is not good at all. If we ever get back to St. Thomas, we'd stay there again.

Point Pleasant is a unique, beautiful, and relaxing vacation destination. The views from anywhere on this resort are absolutely gorgeous. I feel the uniqueness of this resort comes from unit placement and accommodations that provide ultimate privacy, not to mention its hillside location, charming secluded beach, and pools on three levels. The staff was friendly and resort shuttle service provided for both on and off the property was much appreciated. I was able to visit the Red Hook area for dining and groceries and spend the day at Coral Park and Coki Beach (both excellent nearby attractions). I also truly enjoyed the free yoga classes offered in the morning poolside, as well as, a truly tranquil spa experience at Point Wellness Spa located on property. I am looking forward to future visits to this resort, highly recommended.

Point pleasant and all the staff made our dream getaway from the cold in the northeast into a reality beyond our expectations. After cancelled flights and lost suite cases due to weather, we were welcomed and accommodated to great extents. A BIG thank you to Aaron and Emma for making us feel at home upon our arrival. We hope to see visit soon!

My husband and I and our two daughters stayed at Point Pleasant for over a month this winter. We rented from a private owner on VRBO. The resort exceeded my expectations. We had a one bedroom lower-level unit. It had a nice balcony that overlooked Water Bay, a newly remodeled kitchen, AC in the bedroom, a flat screen tv, internet and cable. The resort is well maintained. The lobby has a small shop with the necessities that you might need as well as coffee :) Parking is a non-issue and we were even in the units directly above the Panga restaurant. The pools are nice, never busy, always chairs available. The beach is very small but the location of this resort is ideal to hit all of the beaches on the East End. Everyone we encountered at the resort was very friendly and helpful. There was an abundance of security I felt as well. The guard gate at the entrance is manned 24 hrs and there is also a security guard that patrols the grounds via golf cart around the clock as well. As I mentioned we have two young daughters and we always felt safe. The newly renovated Panga restaurant is good...casual...but good. The manager is very friendly and Austin at the bar is awesome! If you're thinking of staying at Point Pleasant, I'd say DO IT!

We had a great experience at this resort the staff was very friendly and would go out of there way to help make your stay better. The room was clean and spacious. When we had a couple of problems with the air conditioning and water the maintenance staff responded within minutes and permanently fixed the problem, The shuttle service was very efficient and friendly and we ended up being sorry we wasted money on a car rental. The resort has several great beaches nearby and Coral World Park is also very close. Do yourself a favor and spend the money for the sea lion swim. Great experience. At Coki beach nearby checkout Aqua Amy's. You can Scuba dive, snorkel, paddle board and much more. Austin rents the paddle boards and is also the bartender at Panga Bar which is downstairs at the Point Pleasant resort. He is an awesome dude and the coolest bartender ever. Go there on Wednesdays for Karaoke night. You will have an awesome time. The food at Panga is great. The chef is awesome and makes the best Conch fritters I've ever had, and I've tried them in a lot of places.

Thank you so much being our guest and sharing your experience with everyone!

In addition to our shuttle service there are other reasons to skip the car rental expense. For example, there is no shortage of taxis late at night after our service shuts down, taxi's are relatively cheap in the event you want to venture further than just the east end of the Island and you can easily rent a jeep over in St. John for just the day,

Thanks again,

Jeff
