The food was just ok and the wait staff was less than impressive. We saved this restaurant to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and I was very disappointed. The grounds are very run down and need ALOT of tender loving care. The view is amazing (as long as it's not foggy), but other than that, don't waste your time or money.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The prices are reasonable, the menu diverse, the service is great, and the food is excellent.
This has to be the best view looking North on St. Thomas - worth the trip just for the view.
The sunset was beautiful.

The Blue Orchid was a great addition to the island. The menu is well put together and made everything sound like you just had to have it! The view and atmosphere are also wonderful, we were very happy to make the trek all the way up there!

So, went back to the Blue Orchid.....rather than dinner we did appetizers and happy hour special drinks.......I don't know what the deal is with this place. Such a beautiful venue but the wait staff/service is just off. The Lobster pizza on the appetizer menu was missing the lobster, either that or it was fake lobster than had been frozen, it just had no lobster flavor....Probably won't go back for a while...it just doesn't jive well.
