We were coming back from the Coral World Park to St. Thomas and we stopped here to have lunch. We ordered shrimp escargot and a specialty of the day, seafood linguine. In the first dish, there was an interesting and intriguing mixture between the flavor of the shrimps and the goat cheese.
The linguini were cooked "the italian way", in the sense that the were cooked "al dente" and that's something very rare to find. The seafood in the pasta was good. Only one "negative" remark: the pasta was probably a bit too greasy.
