“Worth going back.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2010

There aren't a lot of choices to eat on the North Shore but fortunately EAT is worth going back to a few times. It was getting a little boring before they opened up. Nice atmosphere with a view overlooking the beach and Cane Bay. There's live music on some evenings and Sundays. Great food. Great staff. The standard menu has build your own burgers and salads and a few other sandwiches. You can find their menu on their web site. The entrees are pretty much daily specials. I had the lamb burger one day and it was great. The rum cake was good too. The Sunday brunch menu is unique and includes build your own eggs Benedict. I had the Cordon crepe which was quite good.

“do not miss this restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2010

we went when it opened at 11 am on the 4th of july--by 11:30 there were no tables left. the place was filled with locals which is always a good sign. The menu is simple but whimsical. My husband had the lobster omelet special ($16) and I had the lamb burger special ($14). Both were out of this world. I can say that the lamb burger was the best I ever had. Even tho i asked for medium, it was still juicy. The fries were kissed with truffle salt, what a flavor! This restaurant sits on the left and across the street was the best beach that we found on the island. I wished I had discovered on day 1,because we would have grabbed a cooler and come for the day and had lunch here

“Terrific Hamburgers”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2010

We spent two terrific days on the sandy beach in front of Eats at Cain Bay snorkling and scuba diving. (PADI dive shop at same location). Eats provided a perfect setting and conveneince. The food was very good, especially the hamburgers; that were just the thing after scuba diving. The staff was very friendly and service prompt. Stay for the lovely sunsets seen from there.

“A great time, in a great place”

Saturday night, 5/29/10, warm, watching the sunset, eating the best pulled pork sandwich with a frozen drink and my wife of 25 years. Wish you were here?
