“Best Ice Cream on the planet”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013

Unusual flavors but oh my. Pumpkin butterscotch is my favorite. All the food is really really good. The fish tacos top my list of foods I really enjoy but saves calories for ice cream. Great wifi which is important for when you have to check that email. Friendly staff.

“Went two nights in a row!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013 via mobile

The only reason I'm not giving this five stars is that the second night we went the service was pretty spotty. The first night was a five star night, though! Go for the chorizo stuffed meat loaf...excellent. Everyone loved their dinners and the home made ice cream was a perfect finish.

“Place earns its name on game night”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

Indoor seating was so loud my head spun on game night but we came back another night and it was much calmer and the food was good. I got a salad with beef and an oriental dressing which was really good. No blender drinks. Very friendly waitstaff.

“Surprisingly Innovated Cuisine”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013

WOW! What a welcome, fresh, diverse, well executed menu. We had sushi, lamb empanadas!, Sriracha Fried edamame to start with! Our Vegan enjoyed Coconut Ginger Soup. For entrees we had a cubano and fish tacos. No one could agree which dish was tastiest! Don't visit the island without eating here!

“Another Great Place on Cane Bay!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2013

We stopped by Rowdy Joe's on a Wednesday afternoon after a day at Buck Island. Unfortunately they are closed on Wednesday so we went back the next day. It was super! There were 10 of us, and we had no reservations, but they did manage to put together some tables inside in order to seat us. The food is not your typical pub type food. It is more like a uptown restaurant type food - the mahi mahi was fresh and wonderful. And to top it all off, they have homemade ice cream for dessert - if you have room for it! We had 2 smaller children with us (7 and 10). There was a little sitting area with TV so once the small ones finished eating they moved over to that area. By about 8:30-9:00 PM the atmosphere becomes more "bar like", so you may want to go early if you have youngsters. When asked for recommendations to eat, Rowdy Joe's was the first place mentioned. Great place.
