My new husband and I spent our honeymoon (we call it the week of Bliss) at the Pink Fancy in downtown Christiansted. First of all the Inn is so charming with a touch of that southern hospitality that we love here in South Carolina.

Kevin, the Inn Keeper, is top notch. From the time we arrived to the time we left he was very attentive and always eager to recommend an excursion or restaurant. At the end of our stay it was like he was an old friend.

Even though the hotel is not on the beach it feels like you're in your own personal retreat away from everything else on the island. I prefer the allure of this small inn to the commotion of the busy resorts. It has a very laid back and cozy feeling that some days I really didn't feel like leaving the comfort of the Inn. Poolside with a special Rum Punch was the most relaxing place on the island for me. We met interesting people from all over the country there.

I really liked how close we were to all of the shops and the boardwalk downtown. We pretty much walked everywhere while we where there except for the few days we went touring the island and what an amazing island. Lots of good food music and of course rum everywhere.

I highly recommend the PInk Fancy for people wanting a more quaint vacation away from the hoopla of the bigger resorts.

Kevin is the personality who make Pink Fancy so appealing. He arranged interesting things for us to do, recommended fabulous restaurants in varying price ranges, and gave us the names of reputable places to shop.

Pink Fancy is very conveniently located. We walked 3 minutes to the board walk each morning and each evening. Pink Fancy is in a safe neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do. Tour companies for snorkeling, kayaking, and the history tour picked us up at the Hotel, as arranged by Kevin.

Pink Fancy has very nice rooms, a pool, and an engaging clientele. Breakfast is somewhat mundane, but otherwise, Pink Fancy is one of the most delightful places we've stayed in the Carribbean. An excellent value. I can't say enough good things about the exceptionally pleasant atmosphere and nice rooms. I strongly recommend Pink Fancy for a couple or a family.

After five wonderful -- but exhausting -- days of my son's wedding activities on St. Thomas, we were ready for some R&R. The Pink Fancy was perfect -- beautiful colonial property and room, close-in walking distance to the boardwalk, shops and restaurants, and two laid back dogs and three tortoises keep our dog busy. We spent the first day lounging by the pool and falling asleep on the upper deck overlooking the bay. Kevin was a great host and we enjoyed meeting the other folks staying there. This property has much more of a personal bed and breakfast feel than that of a hotel. We loved it!

My husband and I spent our 30th wedding anniversary at The Pink Fancy Hotel in St. Croix, USVI. We had a great time. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and gave one the island feel. The Hotel Manager, Kevin Windham, was most accommodating. He even made dinner reservations for us, drove us to the restaurant, and picked us up afterwards. We have never received that kind of service in all our years of travel.

At first we were apprehensive of the depressed surroundings and leary of the crime reviews we had read. Our fears were dispelled by the friendliness of the locals. On a couple of nights we walked from the boardwalk back to the hotel with no encounters or problems.

The hotel's new owners are upgrading the rooms and services. We had such a fantastic time that we plan on returning to see the new additions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a relaxed island environment, quaint bed & breakfast atmosphere, and personalized service.
