“Cook Missing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2013

The food was good here. The only issue we had was the chef mysteriously went missing so we had to wait a little while for our order.

“Popular for a Reason”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2013

I ate here twice in two days. The food is really good and the workers are very friendly and personable. The Avacado Pit is popular among the locals and tourists alike. It's a great place to get some satisfying food to go before you go out on the water for a snorkel trip. The captain of the charter I was on even showed up there prior to us leaving for Buck Island.

This is the type of place where locals sit in the shade and say good morning to their neighbors as they take their walk along the boardwalk. I had breakfast one morning too and it was good. It's just a little place with the same two people working it every day that I was there. The guy was welcoming and friendly. The woman was more business like.

Give it a shot while in C'sted. It's located on the end of the boardwalk close to Christainvaern Fort.

“Quick Bite”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 14, 2013

Great place to grab a quick bit in the morning as you enter the boardwalk area. To mix things up a bit, add some Cruzan in your smoothie!!

“Great drinks, great lunch, great service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2013

Our boat captain recommended we stop in here before heading out to Buck Island and we are so glad we listened to him! The service was wonderful, I am not sure on the spelling of her name (Rashon???, so sorry!). She was friendly, personable, and we really enjoyed her company. She mixed us up some daiquiris while we waited for our food and they were very smooth and tasty. Hubs had the cheesesteak and I had the grilled chicken with strawberries on a spinach wrap. We got sides of cole slaw and pasta salad and enjoyed every single bite. We'd definitely go again if we return to the island.

“Great breakfast roll-ups and iced coffee”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2013

Nice little hole-in-the-wall coffee shop on the boardwalk -seemed to be a favorite with the locals. I expecially enjoyed dropping by for healthy breakfast rollups and fresh brewed iced coffee (even the ice cubes are coffee) - but they were good for lunch as well.
