“Best hotel experience!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 24, 2013

The premier oceanfront 1 bedroom suite was very large (loved the oversized balcony especially) and it was great to have amenities such as a nespresso machine, GE monogram appliances, Free WiFi, oversized shower, Ipod Alarm, 2 TV's, dining table inside and outside etc. The view from the bedroom is great and you feel as if you are right at the beach. Room 3605 was the best and I appreciate the hotel honoring my request for a high floor. One of the things I liked the best about the resort was having Free WiFi access on the beach! Food at Seven for dinner was good but I enjoyed other restaurants on the island better as I felt the price didn't justify the taste. I felt breakfast needed some work as well (suggest adding an omelet station). The Deck is really a great way to enjoy the night surrounded by Tiki torches. Ambience and service were great though. Memorable staff include Ericka and Lila which exemplified great customer service. Housekeeping always had smiles as well and were always helpful. Concierge was great but I experienced more knowledgeable and helpful staff at other high end hotels. Perfect location with easy walk to supermarket. Taxis readily available onsite and averaged from $10-16 per trip depending on how far you go

Room Tip: Do a Premier oceanfront 1 bedroom suite on a high floor. Room 3605 is perfect. You won't be di...

Everything was just right and the staff where great at every point - special thanks to Chef Matt for getting some special ingredients for a seafood dinner and Claudine Pratt for sending an item left behind home for my son. Highly recommended!

This hotels offers its guest the best that can be expected. The room is modern, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff was very friendly, attentive and catered to all your needs. The free breakfast at Seven provided a wide assortment to choose from and was delicious as was the food you can order and have delivered while you relaxed at the beach which is one of endless white sand and clear waters. The water sports are complimentary and many to choose from. Best massage ever at the spa and for those who like to stay connected there is excellent wifi everywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

From the service we received when we arrived, to the view from our room, to the beautiful pool and the excellent restaurants, this resort was perfect. Fantastic location. Would stay there again in a heartbeat :)

Room Tip: We were on the top (7th floor) and the views were spectacular!

Not only is this hotel beautiful, but so are the people who work here.. such nice people.
Rooms are very clean and spacious and large bathrooms.
Booked this hotel through travelocity, breakfast buffet at Seven restaurant was included ($30 per person). It was pretty good, better selection than I expected, they have eggs, cereals, bagels, fruit, muffins, bacon, sausage etc.
Quiet resort, I found it to be the most occupied on the island as we strolled the beach.
Every night, my husband and I would go by The Deck restaurant/bar area at night which was relaxing near the beach and it is lit up nicely with torches.
Food market it across the street and up the block which we took advantage of, although that too is expensive.
We took out the canoe on the beach which was complimentary.
I have to say T&C has the most beautiful beaches, it's like glass, water is so clear and still, the sand is like powder... boy has this made me spoiled!
Can't wait to go back, perhaps another anniversary celebration!
Must stay... you will be so pleased!

PS - Indulge in the spa if you can... best massages :)

My wife and I returned from the Seven Stars earlier this week after a 10 day stay. I had researched this site earlier in the summer for a resort to visit and kept coming back to Seven Stars. I kept questioning "could a place really be this nice"? YES! The best deal I found was booking through American Airlines Vacation. I then followed past travelers advice and contacted the resort directly to upgrade our room to Ocean Front Suite. Alya Building 3602. Yngrit was so helpful and quick to respond to e-mail. She even called a day after check in to follow up. The room was breathtaking. From the floor to ceiling glass with the most awesome view and patio, great for sunsets, plush furnishings, kitchen with espresso maker, walk in shower, huge tub and truly the most comfortable bed, linens and pillows ever. The smallest details of L'Occitane products, local coffees, the best evening turn-down service ( Thank you Ravi ) made this the finest resort room I have ever stayed at.
Arriving at the airport we were met by Seven Stars representative who assisted in getting us a taxi. Take their help. Not that its confusing but it was very busy and she got to the right place, right line, right cab. Be ready to tip anyone who touches your luggage.
Check in at resort was easy and awesome. Cool towels, rum punch, bunch of smiles. Not once did I see unprofessionalism from any staff. No one standing around, all smiles, super friendly. Check out was easy, just confirm that if you get a credit voucher for food and drinks, that it get applied.
The beach is the most perfect in the world. No one reserving all the seats, plenty of towels and Yves brightened the day from the beginning. Service on the beach and pool area was quick. The beach toys were fun, kayaking was good and paddleboard was not as easy as it looks.
Did not use the spa facilities. The fitness room and equipment was superior.
Breakfast selections were good. Hot dish selections varied and sometimes were not as warm as I like. Food and drinks at The Deck and Sand Dollar were excellent, fresh, served with fun and $$. Location was excellent with grocery store easy to walk to. We did rent a car for a couple days ($50 per day) and used that time to drive around the island to restaurants away from Grace Bay. Wednesday is a good day to rent and visit Tiki Hut for Chicken/Rib night.
Best places to walk to eat for us were Bella Luna (upstairs AND Pizza Garden), Jerrys Dive Bar, Danny Buoys (won big on the slots there) Taxis were easy to arrange though. $6 p/p around Grace Bay, $12-$16.50 everywhere else. First visit to Provo and not our last to Seven Stars. It was the BEST!

Room Tip: Our room faced the sunset and had awesome ocean front view. No direct sun on the patio.
