“Most awesome property....”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2013

Just returned from a 10 day vacation at this property. Went with a girlfriend & had the most relaxing time ever. The people are the most friendly...the property is as clean as it is beautiful. Spend the extra money in the off season....for the ocean front room.....as the afternoons are very very hot!! While we were the only two females at the resort NOT on our honeymoon...we still have a great time. Very quiet. The water is clear clear clear.....the breakfast included in your room rate is very very good....never once did we get tired of going down each morning to greet the extremely friendly staff at the breakfast Buffett. While this particular area...grace bay is very expensive...bring your CASH.....taxi drivers take cash only....and on that note you need to know that taxi rides charge per person. Ask before you leave the cost...they will quote you one way...so make sure you ask for price round trip. For example if you go the Da Conch shack....the food is the BEST but the round trip ride is 33.00 each person.....the ride was nearly as much as the meal & drinks!! The property condos have full kitchens....take advantage of the grocery store just two blocks away...while the prices are island prices...the selection is great! This property is great for couples for sure!! We did run into many honeymooners!! Oh yes and do go to the Spa.....fabulous!!!

Room Tip: Go for ocean front at level three or above!! The master bedroom has the view the other bedroom is ve...

This is a top notch resort with a great staff. Ericka, Takisha, Claudine, Yves, Mr. Cox(bartender) were all, helpful, fun, and happy staff members. The pool was great, and was very close to the ocean. They gave great recommendations of where to eat and what to do. Claudine connected us with Discovery Tours which is run by Trevor Musgrove. Trevor is also a builder and a well known man on the islands. We went deep sea fishing, snorkeling, to iguana island and to the caves with Trevor...great guy very knowledgeable and educated. The resort is clean, and spacious. The cleaning staff was friendly and did a great job cleaning the room. Rooms are beautiful, bathrooms are awesome with great shower and Jacuzzi tub. The beds are incredible, I would buy one if I didn't just buy the bed from the Sofitel Hotels. Get an oceanfront room its worth it. You feel very safe at Seven Stars, there are no pan handlers like in most other places in Bahamas and Caribbean. You are within walking distance of grocery store which is definitely needed. Also within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shopping etc. By walking distance I mean about an 1/8 of a mile which is a stones throw. This isn't a hustle bustle island. It is relaxing and the water and area is absolutely breathtaking. Food is expensive on the island but its expensive even for the locals because everything is imported. The spa was nice, our massages were very good. This is one of the nicest hotels/resorts I have ever been too. I cant say anything bad about this resort except that the breakfast isn't that great. Its free so it wasn't too bad. I just wish it had more. Every single staff member at this resort went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I met some great people and will definitely return. You will not be disappointed if you choose Seven Stars.

Room Tip: get an oceanfront room. If it is just two of you an jr. oceanfront suite is plenty big. It has a fri...

Just returned from 6 wonderful days at Seven Stars! It seems to be off season so the hotel was not full at all, which was great for us ..no problem getting a spot at the pool or the beach. Some restaurants were closed which was a bit of a bummer but we found others open. Hemingway's is a must great Coconut Shrimp! Things are definitely pricey..but you can go to the store and get drinks and food. Can't wait to go back! Friendly staff and locals Beautiful trip! Take advantage of the watersports that are available!

Room Tip: 3rd floor or above, ocean front or ocean view

Enjoyed our stay at Seven Stars.

Service was good. Food was good. Beach was awesome. Grounds were well kept. Rooms were kept very clean. They even brought us water every day. My only regret is that we didn't get an Ocean View. We had a garden view, which was still nice.

The only complaint I have is regarding the $200 credit. We budgeted our stay so we only spent a certain amount of money per day at the hotel. At the end, our total was $201 - thinking that I had to pay $1. Turns out that there are some fees (that the hotel doesn't cover). So in reality, we only used $120 of our credit and paid $75 in fees. It's hard to explain, but had I known we had more credit left, we would've done more things at the resort! The bills they send to the room do not differentiate how much credit is left and how much are the fees. My stomach would've loved some more calamari or pizza!!

We were there for 4.5 days. The next time we're there, I would love to stay for at LEAST 9 days. I would also recommend a car rental. Just remember to "THINK LEFT". If you are looking at several different hotels in the area, stop looking and book this one with an ocean view. You probably want to be above 4th or 5th floor.

Room Tip: Ocean View !!

Just returned from a stay at Seven Stars and we were very pleased. EXTREMELY clean with staff constantly maintaining the grounds as well as housekeeping taking care of the interior of the buildings. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating to us unlike a recent post here. There were staff everywhere whether you were at the pool, on the beach or in one of the restaurants. We had a smaller room on the second floor and it was very well appointed....small, granite-topped kitchen with everything you need to prepare food if you choose. Bathroom was spectacular, very comfortable bed, wifi in room, large TV, etc. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: Ocean views were not as important to us so our room (which was a Jr. Suite Garden) was adequate. We...

We stayed in a one bedroom oceanfront suite and the property is very nice. However, we did feel slightly uncomfortable with some of the staff. The is the obligatory "service charge" attached to every transaction, but some of our interactions with staff would certainly not be worthy of any extra gratuity. Providenciales is a small place, and sometimes we felt less than welcome. We had been to Bora Bora a couple months earlier, also a small place, and found the people warm, welcoming and they appeared glad to have us there. Not so much at Seven Stars.

This is our second stay at Seven Stars within a year and I put the uncomfortable service the first time down to a few grumpy staff members, but we loved the property, so we returned. The uncomfortable service was still there.

A beautiful property, but the could learn a few things from Four Seasons or Rosewood about top notch customer service.

Room Tip: Try to have an oceanfront room that overlooks the pool, or your ocean front will overlooking an aban...

The resort is beautiful and the experience wonderful. The room was lovely. However, the wifi did not work in our building. We would not have booked here had we known that. It was our chief way to be reached by our children while gone. The staff tried to blame it on the entire internet service being down but as they were explaining this I was surfing the web in the lobby where the wifi was always good and strong. They did nothing to adjust our bill or try to accomodate us. That was disappointing. If you don't need wifi this place is great. After all I spent there I'm disappointed they did nothing to compensate for the broken promise.

Dear Chad G,

You stayed with us almost two years ago in November 2011.

During your stay we experienced some issues with our local network provider, which caused an intermittent problem with the complimentary WIFI in your suit.

We discussed and explained this in detailed correspondence with you after your stay and, again, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Internet was at all times available at your convenience in our lobby or business center.

The issue you experienced has long since been resolved and our complimentary WIFI now not only covers guest rooms, but also blankets the entire resort, including the beach.

My team and I look forward to your return to Seven Stars Resort where you can experience this along with the many other additions and improvements we have made at the resort over the past two years.

With warm regards,

Ken Patterson
