“Already planning our next visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2012

My husband, son, daughter, and I just returned from a perfect stay at Seven Stars. We have had the opportunity to stay at this amazing resort 3 times within the last 12 months. I cannot wait to return. The staff was wonderful, the beach spectacular, the water perfect and I was surprised by how nice the air temperature was during July. Since our last stay in February, the breakfast has definitely changed - it was delicious (I already miss the mushrooms and tomatoes). There were a lot more options, and a lot of protein oselectins. The only bad part about SS is having to leave. Thank you to everyone at SS for a wonderful vacation!

Room Tip: I am very partial to ocean view

To do this great holiday justice, we have to thank all the people individually, so be prepared to read a very long review. we stayed from June 27th-July 4th.
Our wish list for the Hotel and island- great location, beach, food, staff & service, no crowds as in all inclusive resorts.
They ticked every box and more.
We had been looking forward to going to the Caribbean forever but as we live in Hkg it was not easy to plan the long trip. We chose Turks and Caicos and the Seven Stars because of the excellent reviews on Trip advisor, so thank you to all who reviewed it, you made it an easy choice and it was more than we expected.
We flew from NY on JetBlue which was also excellent; direct flt and on time.
Reservation- we booked directly with the hotel. Larasha Farrington was most helpful in assisting us with choosing a room. She emailed a hotel map with building and room layouts. Thank you for all your help. You started it all.
Erika greeted us at the hotel with a genuine warmth and friendliness, so charming and sincere. Thank you for being so wonderful and helpful.
Room/ suite- our room 3604 had ocean views from the bedroom and bathroom. It also had a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. The room was very well appointed, and had everything you could want or need. It was kept immaculately clean, no offending odours or noise, very comfortable bed and pillows, clean linens and towels.
The beach- it is not crowded, infact it was quiet even with other people (all ages)around, very clean and oh my goodness, the water and sand, best ever!!! Don and Ernst were very kind and looked after us on the beach. They are very quiet and non intrusive in their manner but there to assist when needed, providing us with cold drinks, food, towels, umbrellas, etc. They even came around with little cooler boxes to serve complimentary cold fruit refreshments, nice touch!
Water activities & trips- Steve, Cardie and Clay are simply the best! They are professional, knowledgeable and experienced but more importantly, they have a great sense of humour, genuinely enjoy what they do, and want you to enjoy it too.  I am a terrible swimmer, so clearly out of shape but still wanted to go snorkelling, paddle boarding, etc. Thank you for making me feel safe enough to try it all, it was a fantastic experience, one I will not soon forget!!! My sister wanted to go parasailing and catamaran sailing which she did, safely and with guidance from Clay, thanks, she's still smiling and won't shut up about it!!
Dining- breakfast is included. They serve a continental b'fast which included hot choices; eggs, pancakes, etc. Nikisha, James, Lila, Shanaida, Beatrice and Evonne were the fabulous staff who started our day with warm smiles and kind words.
We also met Skipper (taxi driver, tour guide, island man extraordinaire) who had suggestions on where to eat. We wanted to taste local food but not the touristy places, rather where locals went, so he took us to Smokey's and Cactus bar and grill where he gets take out, the latter serving super fresh fish, so cheaply priced, it felt wrong. As Skipper said, locals know their fish, "Grouper, not fish that swim in groups". As you can tell, he kept us laughing, thanks Skipper "yah man"!
We also had the hotel BBQ, one evening, with bonfire and live music on the beach. Lovely sunset!!
Finally, checkout was a breeze too. Pity the seven nights came to an end so quickly. Thanks also to Lynn at the front desk (Skipper's sister), staff at the Sand Dollar bar on the one wet day when they kept us entertained and to the house keeping staff whom we did not meet but who also did a great job of keeping our room so clean and tidy.
We are definitely going to visit again, you made it one of our best holidays!

My family and I have been to Turks many times, staying at various properties throughout the island. They're all special and gorgeous in their own way. However, Seven Stars is truly an amazing resort for larger groups or families! The resort is what I would consider a larger property for the island and similar to most places in Turks the rooms are apt's with most having a full American style kitchen. Having little one's we found it very convenient and useful having a fridge, stove and all the utensils needed to make lunch or dinner if you didn't feel like going out that night. As a bonus the supermarket is right down the street and for an island, AMAZING!!!! Complete with an organic section. The staff was very attentive and by the second day when we showed up for breakfast they knew each of names. The grounds and pool were immaculate and well kept. We also utilized the kids club which my oldest daughter loved. they kept the schedule fresh with lots of educational and interactive activities, fun stuff too.

Also venture off property, the island hosts many great restaurants and the resort can arrange a car service for transportation. We also rented a car because some of the beaches (also visit the Conch Shack) on the other side are just spectacular!!!

We stayed in a 3-bedroom suite overlooking the ocean and it really was Stunning!!! I would totally recommend this property - Enjoy!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Alena Building, facing the ocean... It really was just amazing!

This resort offers everything for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. A short 3.5 hour trip from the New York area and a staff that greets you at the airport. From there the service continues with friendly and attentive service throughout. The rooms are tastefully furnished and provide every convenience. The restaurants offer wonderful items and the beach BBQ is a blast. Shopping and restaurants outside the resorts are all walkable. Walking to other restaurants via the beach offered lovely sunset views.
This was the one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Having traveled throughout the Caribbean and Hawaii I was taken aback at the natural beauty of Grace Bay. The water was perfectly clear and the reef offered an extraordinary quantity and diversity of sea life. The resort offered snorkeling outings and water toys which made activities uncomplicated and pleasant.
Highly recommend this property for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

My wife and I had never been to TCI before and took travel agents advise on this resort. We were pleasantly surprised. the staff was VERY friendly and helpful. They were always accomidating. Our room was one of the smallest available so we expected very little. We could not have been more pleased with our Garden view Junior suite. The room was very nicely furnished and very convenient to the pool area. The pool was beautiful as was the beach. The water and beach were to most amazing we have ever seen. The resort was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The free breakfast was good and eggs benedict was the best i have ever had. The restaurants at the resort were pretty good but we opted to go out most nights to try other local food. There were no crowds and atmosphere was so relaxing. I would not hesitate to return to this resort again, although if our kids were with us we probably would not as there isnt much to do for kids. For a nice quite, relaxing beach vacation, this is your spot.

My husband and I spent 5 nights at Seven Stars in T&C from July 1-6. We had garden view suite. We were very pleased with our stay at Seven Stars. We will definitely go back again. There are many other nice hotels on Grace Bay and I believe that they all can be as good as Seven Stars. However, I think Seven Stars has the best location; It's right in the center of most of the shops and restaurants. I'd choose this hotel again because of the convenience.
