enjoyed it very much. Our room on the 3rd floor, building 3 with Ocean Front was just perfect!!!! The view, the beach, the island, the service were all amazing. Can't wait to return some day soon hopefully.

We will absolutely return to this property. The suites are top of the line.. quality is top notch. Employees must be treated well by management because they TRULY ENJOY working at this property and it shows by how attentive they are to the guests. Only downside... I wish the activities would have been offered more frequently... water aerobics and yoga only once a week.

At the Seven Stars Resort we had an extremely pleasant experience of luxury facilities, excellent services and efficient, considerate and welcoming staff. The garden and ocean view rooms exude lavishness and quietude. Other impressive features include a highly competent, helpful, friendly, reception and concierge staff as well as Bela’s attractive boutique. The well designed, colourful and carefully maintained gardens and lawns added an important element as did the absolutely superb beach location on world famous Grace Bay. After dark, the beautiful mood lighting and music create an atmosphere of a secure, relaxing, happy, summer wonderland. One of the highlights for my wife was her visit to the world class spa, especially her massage in the privacy of a gazebo, overlooking the ocean and in an ambience lulled by its noise. Overall, this family friendly resort conveys an impression of very efficiently managed, happy, opulence.

Room Tip: Be politely assertive and reasonable.

Just returned from a week at the resort with my spouse, two children (3.5 yo and 19 mos), and in-laws and had an amazing time. Initially I had some concerns based on a handful of the reviews and emailed the hotel ahead of time to discuss. I spoke to Yngrit who was amazing at answering my questions promptly and allaying any concerns that we had about the rooms, etc.

Upon Arrival we were greeted with a rum punch and a cool towel. We arrived at the resort at about 1:30pm and our room was ready. The rooms are beautiful- at least ours was. We had a 2 bedroom/den and three full bathrooms. Amazing ocean front view and very clean. Our room was consistently serviced by noon everyday and turndown came between 5:30 and 6pm.

The beaches are gorgeous. The pool was great. The service at both was very nice- a smoothy in the morning, cool towels, water, etc. Lunch service at the pool was a bit slow but I found service at all restaurants to be a bit slow- island time.

Wifi- at the pool and the lobby...somewhat fickle at times and not extremely fast but usable.

We tried the kids club twice. The ladies that work the club are very nice but there weren't really many kids there for our children to play with so we ended up not using it but for two half days (9-12).

Restaurants- Everything is fairly expensive on the island. We tried Seven, the restaurant at the hotel, and while the staff was very nice we weren't that fond of the food so we didn't go again. We did enjoy Caicos Cafe (basically right across the street) as well as Mango Reef. What I would tell folks NOT to try is the Sunday evening BBQ Buffet at the hotel. It is $45pp and the service is horrid. The food is ok but you'll have finished your dinner before you get served your first drink. We cleared our own dishes, as a waiter never showed up after bringing us the first drink, so that we had room on the table to get a desert. We found a waiter for the second drink...but amazingly they showed up fairly quickly with the bill when we were getting ready to leave...shocking (insert sarcasm).

Overall, the island is amazing and the resort really is top notch. We would definitely return for another vacation.

The hotel amazing, the beach and the pool is very nice.
The deck at the evenings to take a drink is really cool.
Service at the pool could be better.
Food is very tasty and modern.
For little kids you don´t have specific activities, but with the huge room, the pool and beach for us was one of our best 7 nights vacations.
The beach at Turks and Caicos is the best worldwide.
If money is not a problem for you, go to Amanyara Resort, if not this is the best on the island.

I want to say THANK YOU, to Claudine at the Concierge, the day we were living the island, American Airlines, cancel our flight to Miami, (typical) and our flight was combined with another one, to SouthAmerica. When Claudine tell us, was 30 minutes to reach the last flight from the island. She comes with her own car, to our suite parking, help us with the luggage, and drop of very fast to the airport, finally we reach the plane. Thank you Claudine.

Great with families, but wanted something more romantic. The beach is unbelievable. The island people are awesome. Rent bikes from the place down the road, because the bikes at resort are not in great condition. Restaurants were all amazing. Ask the locals for their recommendations, because the concierge was just okay. The grounds are beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my children, but next time would opt for a more adult only place. Service was always a little slow, but it was like that everywhere. If you sit at the bars, you get served a lot quicker. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Not that much night life. There is a casino close by, but we didn't go. Don't limit yourself to the hotel, check out other places. Snorkeling trips bring you to even more beautiful beaches, if you can believe that. Overall, it was an awesome place to be.

Room Tip: Book through American Express for upgrades.
