This is the best all inclusive beach vacation resort that we have visited. The personal service that the staff offered was incredible. When our first room was not quite what we expected, a manager moved us into a suite that was twice the size and price of our booked room - no extra charge. Because the resort was not full, this was fairly easy for them to do, but I have never found such an easy going effort to meet our requests. The food was good in both quality and variety. The French restaurant was excellent and the unlimited soft ice cream at Bobby Dee's 50's style grille was wonderful. Just stroll in and help yourself!
The beach was one of the nicest we have ever been on and that includes several in the Caribbean as well as in the US (Hawaii included). Almost unlimited walking since it is 12 miles long and no barriers since the beach is part of a national seashore. The water is crystal clear and the snorkeling was interesting directly off the beach in front of the resort but was superb a short walk down the beach where lots of cool fish are just 100 ft off the shore. We saw the largest fish ever about 50 yards out - a little scary actually, but thrilling nonetheless. It was easy to get signed up for the snorkeling boat that went out twice daily and at special times when signed up for through the concierge. The Hobie cats were fun as always and were available for unlimited time when there was a line waiting for the boats.
The only off resort excursion we signed up for was the Provo Ponies horseback riding on the opposite side of the island, on Long Beach. The ponies really could run fast and they liked to play in the ocean as well. This was a highlight of our trip. If you like to ride, the natural beauty of the beach and water can really be enjoyed this way.
This was the friendliest vacation place that we ever visited. The folks working at the resort are unrivaled for their helpfulness and true caring attitude. We have been to resorts where everyone acts as if you owe them something. Not so at Beaches TCI. We also encountered local people while walking on the beach and while riding our ponies and everyone, including the kids, smiled and said hello. We felt at home here.
Don't miss this as a place to visit in the Caribbean.

From the moment we were met by Florian at the airport until our last lunch with Keisha & Anthony at Cricketer's Pub the trip could not have been better. The Italian Village is just beautiful, as are the other two villages within this property, our poolside walkout room was fantastic.

Everyone we met greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. The Sesame Street shows each night were a wonderful way for our young daughter to end her day. The restaurants were all very different and the food was excellent. The pastries in the french cafe are wonderful. We visited Karen each morning for a great cup of coffee before going to breakfast.

Descriptions of the beach don't do it justice, you've got to experience it for yourself. So much to do for all age groups that you don't see groups of kids walking around bored as with many resorts. The waterpark was really fun, even with the two largest slides closed for renovation there were two other slides that adults and kids could enjoy. The lazy river was one of the best we've experienced and the surf simulator was a blast.

Lovely and Pam at Camp Sesame do an excellent job of keeping young children at ease.

We did a photo session on the beach with Fredericka, she did an excellent job with the limited space she had to work with since there were two Martha Stewart photo shoots going on along the beach as well as one other beaches family photo session, looking at the photos you would think we had the beach to ourselves. Tanny was a great help to Fredericka during the shoot keeping our little one smiling for the camera.

The staff went out of their way to learn names within the first two days of vacation, we even saw our housekeeper John, on his way to work one morning and he greeted our little one by name.

We would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation, we've visited other Beaches (Boscobel, Sandy Bay & Negril) and Sandals (Mo'Bay, Dunn's River, Royal Caribbean, Whitehouse, Negril & Antigua) and this one is the nicest by far. Great for adults traveling with or without children. Can't wait to come back.

This was our first real vacation with our daughter and I can't imagine a better place to take her. She was 23 months old and a fan of Sesame Street, Elmo in particular. The Beaches Resort in Turks & Caicos offers close encounters with the main Sesame Street characters and dozens of daily activities to ensure that your kids (of any age) are never bored. In addition, the beach is beautiful and the many of the pools on the property have large shallow sections that allow non-swimmers to have hours of fun. The 16 restaurants on the property offer a wide selection of menus. Several of the restaurants are extremely kid-friendly, while others offer a white-tablecloth experience. We particularly enjoyed the self-serve ice cream bars.

The rooms were nice (we stayed in the Caribbean Village) and we had a lovely ocean view. The resort offered cart rentals at 10 dollars a day if you didn't bring a stroller and cribs were available at no charge. I loved the no tipping policy, so it was truly all-inclusive. We never needed our wallets during an 8 day stay.

We also really enjoyed the nightly stage shows, and Camp Sesame always welcomed us to participate in the activities even if we weren't using the day care service. Great friendly staff. And with the resort only a short 10 minute drive from the airport, travel was easy.

Tip: Bring your own utensils for your little ones (the ones there are all huge and heavy).

My husband and I recently enjoyed 10 days at this beaches resort. We LOVED it. We are big fans of the sandals resorts and in fact had earned enough nights so that 7 of our 10 nights were free. My husband is a diver and dove almost every day. I am a beach person and was always able to find a quiet spot to enjoy the day. I would recomend this property to couples and families.
