What a fantastic vacation we took to T&C. I was pleasantly surprised about the accommodations and the staff. The entertainment staff made the trip well worth it. Pablo, Sean, Oral, Kennisha, Gurlene and Nastassia were all sensational with their performance and were the life of every event they hosted. The food was fantastic in the french village as well as all the other villages. This trip is a must do for anyone with a family, my son had a fantastic time at the sesame street center where the staff especially maxine was great to him. Anyone with a small child looking to vacation must do Beaches T&C. I will definitely be going back

We return a couple days ago from Beaches Turks and Caicos which we booked through Mike at Dream Makers. He was so knowledgeable and helped us pick the village that was best for us. We ended up staying in the Key West Village which was perfect for our family. My husband and I prefer a quieter atmosphere, but our kids (4 and 6) enjoy activities. Beverly in the Key West Village reception area was there to greet us with cold drinks and towels when we arrived. We had a fantastic room with an amazing view (room 6212) and a very spacious deck.

Each morning we went to Bayside for the breakfast buffet where we were greeted by the smiling face and hugs of Ree. Several of the nights, we went to Sky for dinner. Chica at Sky was great as well. The buffets at those two restaurants had some nice variety. The view at Sky for dinner was amazing. We saw some beautiful sunsets. Kimonos was entertaining for the kids. My husband loves the ribs at Arizonas during the lunch buffet. We went to the fish fry at Reflections. My husband asked Leroy (chef) what his favorite fish was and how he would prepare it. Leroy actually went in the back and prepared my husband a plate of fish specially for him and it was the best thing we ate the whole time. We very much appreciated this gesture. Most of our lunches were at Mario's were we felt we could be healthy with the fish and vegetables they served.

My kids loved the kids camp and once they went, they had no interest in spending time with us. They wanted to be with their new friends. They had great activities that kept the kids coming back day after day. Be sure to bring a white tshirt for the family tie dye event.

The beach was pristine and the beach chairs (with shade) could always be found. Just swimming right off of the beach, we got to see some stingrays. We did take the walk down the beach a couple of times to snorkel which was amazing. While on the beach, Moise, the beverage server, would come around. He was extremely polite and a very hard worker.

We also discovered the less crowded pool at the French village. My kids loved the swim up bar concept, but the Italian village pool was too crowded for our liking. Theon and Lukes were entertaining and patient.

Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely return.

This was our first time to Beaches and Turks & Caicos. It was an excellent vacation from all aspects. As soon as we arrived at the resort, the staff was ready to check us in and bring us to our room. We did not have to worry about our baggage as they brought it right to our room as well. We stayed in a basic room in the Caribbean Village since I did not want to spend time in the room but wanted to spend time outside. I was concerned the room would not be nice or roomy enough. However, I was surprised that it was a nice sized room with two double beds, a pull out sofa, a table and chairs and a nice balcony. The room was spacious and very clean. It was made up each day and we had turn down service. The activities were plentiful. The water sports were fun to do and it was always easy to participate in them as there were plenty of kayaks, Hobie Cats, snorkeling equipment, water trikes and paddleboards. If the weather is too windy, you cannot take out paddleboards or trikes so make sure you take advantage of these activities on days that you can as the weather dictates what you can do. We had the water sports teams take us out on the Hobie Cats since we could not sail them ourselves. Oriel, Jocony, and all of them were very nice and very accomodating. They went out of their way to make the trips special and to talk to us about the vacation and give us hints. All of the staff at Water Sports were always very pleasant and wanted to make our stay the best. The beach was gorgeous and the water was so clear and clean. Snorkeling was an option and there were a few places to snorkel where you could see beautiful fish. The beach was always clean and there were plenty of clean towels to take with you each day and umbrellas and cabanas to relax under. For food, the restaurants were all excellent. Breakfast was similar at many locations that had buffets. The food was always good. For lunch, each restaurant had a different menu. Arizona's has a great lunch buffet with a great variety. For dinner, all of the restaurants were excellent. If you want the Hibachi at Kimono's, you have to make a reservation. All other restaurants don't require reservations and we rarely had to wait for a table. Schooners was beautiful at night. Mario's had a great buffet and food. Le Petit Chateau was the best meal I had at Beaches. The staff at Beaches was very pleasant. Anything I needed, they were ready to provide and provided it quickly. They were always nice and never looked annoyed. Everyone always said hello and was smiling. We also did a free family photo session with SnapShots. They did a fantastic job with the pictures and I would recommend taking advantage of that. We booked our vacation through Dream Makers Vacation Services with Amy McHugh. She was extremely helpful and patient and made the process very simple. When we arrived at the resort, there was also a fruit platter in our room and a free photo from SnapShots.
I loved the all inclusive vacation because there was never a need to worry about how to pay for activities or food and no tipping was required a the resort. I would want to return to this location and would recommend it.

Room Tip: Caribbean Rooms are Central and easy to get to beach. The Caribbean Village Iguana pool is quieter d...

This August my teenage daughter and I spent 9 days at Beaches T&C. Our experience was excellent. We were welcomed by the staff at the Key West Village with refreshing wet towels and drinks. Our room was on the third floor of the Veranda building. It was clean, fresh looking and our housekeeper service was outstanding. They not only make your room but also keep the fridge filled with water, juices, sodas and beer. The turndown service ensures you have clean towels for the night. We usually had breakfast at Sky with a beautiful ocean view. For lunch our favorite spot was Barefoot by the Sea. At night, after dinner we headed to Cafe de Paris for tea and pastries. Even though the resort was at capacity but we never felt it was crowded. We went to the beach everyday and did different water activities. The water is calm warm and crystal clear. It's humid but the trade winds help not to have that sticky feeling.
Our thanks to all the Beaches Turks & Caicos staff for making this trip unforgettable. Hope to be back soon.

Room Tip: Key West Village is quiet, close to the beach and to all the amenities. Third floor gets lots of bre...

We came back from Beaches Turks & Caicos yesterday and we loved it.
Beach is beautiful. We did paddle boarding, kayaking and scuba diving - all included in the package.
Staff is amazing, everyone is so nice everywhere in the resort.
Our 2-year old loved the daycare (camp Sesame). Every day they have Sesame Street Characters come to spend time with the kids. Daycare is open everyday from 9am to 10pm!
Rooms are very nice. We stayed in the French Village which was very quiet - perfect for us.
Food was really good. We tried several of the restaurants. Our favourite was Giuseppe's - a buffet Italian type.
We will definitely come back to this resort

Room Tip: If you are looking for a quiet room, stay at the French Village.

I just came back yesterday from paradise. This was our first time here and we had a blast. We booked with Mike at Dream Makers Vacation Services. He is very knowledgeable about the resort and helps pick the perfect room within your budget. Thanks to his connection with the resort, we were upgraded to the Italian Village. This is the best place to stay. It is newer, nicer and more central to everything. Everything is walking distance. I walked to the other villages everyday. I read every review on trip advisor about the restaurants and still had to taste each one for myself. There are a lot of buffet restaurants. The staff was nice throughout the resort. We used the kayaks and hobbie cats once. If you walk 10 mins down the beach, there is a good snorkeling place. I went there 3 times. We also went on the boat ride to a snorkeling site. We missed the boat at first but the staff was nice enough to send us out on another smaller boat to meet them at the snorkeling site. My kids loved the water park. It was closed a couple times for a couple hours here and there when babies pee or poop in the water. After the 3rd closure, i was a little uncomfortable being in the water. The staff does a good job closing that section of water and treating it but after 3 times- seems like babies pee and poop in the water often. This is not the resorts fault. I feel like there should be an age restriction in the lazy river due to so many bathroom accidents. There are mosqitos here so bring repellent. We did a complimentary photo shoot which i highly recommend. You have to pay for the pictures of course but the photo session is free. Overall, it was a dream vacation. The weather was perfect.

This was my family's first visit to the Caribbean and to a Beaches resort and we were extremely happy with our experience.
The pickup at Providenciales airport (as well as the airport shuttle at the end of our stay) was well-organized and efficient.
We stayed in the Caribbean Village for 8 days and were perfectly happy with our room - it was in a quieter section of the resort, which was great. The room was very clean and the daily service was excellent. After the first day, when we felt the room was made up too late for our convenience (around 3 PM), I asked if it could be done every day by noon, and from then on it was. There was also always a second visit around 5 PM with fresh towels, which we appreciated.
The choice of food was excellent. We tried almost all the restaurants and were always extremely satisfied, with the buffets as well as with the sit-down restaurants. We never had to wait to be seated - perhaps that's because we always ate dinner relatively early, around 7 PM. I only wish I had had the capacity to eat more!
We went on a couple of enjoyable excursions - one land trip to an old settlement and a conch farm, and one boat trip which took us snorkeling and to an iguana island.
The pools were all very nice and it wasn't difficult to find a good spot with an umbrella, even if arriving later in the day.
We found everyone working at the resort to be very nice and also professional, from the restaurant employees to the scuba instructor and everyone in between.
There are only two slightly negative things I could mention about this resort:
One: at the beach, unlike at the pools, the umbrellas were not numerous, and those that were there often had a paper on them that said "Reserved for the Such-and-Such Family" (who generally never turned up at all). This was quite an inconvenience, considering the strength of the sun.
Two: there is no ATM on the property, and although everything at the resort is either included or can be paid by credit card at the end of the stay, cash could be necessary for buying something during the tours (for example, the small gift shop at the settlement we visited only accepted cash).
But these were just minor inconveniences. All in all, our experience at Beaches Turks and Caicos was fantastic and we would certainly love to return.
