“Basic hotel with good harbor views and close to Provo Divers”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2013

We chose this because it was the cheapest we could find and was right next to our dive center. Several other guests were divers.
The rooms are comfortable enough, if a little dated. On the 2nd floor there was a Queen bed with a sofa and a balcony with two chairs. On the first floor rooms had 2 single beds but no sofa. We stayed 7 nights. The view over the marina is great. There are six restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance ranging from the Greenbean cafe for breakfast to Magnolia and Baci for more elegant dinners. The staff were friendly and our only niggle was over the cleaning service. We guessed that the hotel only possesses one set of towels per room. Used towels are removed between 9 and 10 in the morning for laundry. They are returned clean between 4 and 5 in the afternoon, but what are you supposed to do if you need to wash during the day? The maid strips the bed and sweeps up sometime between the two towel visits.

we had an excellent stay here and would recomend it to anyone looking for a modest, comfortable place on the Marina. Friendly owners and staff, great views off the back porch, clean and comfortable, walking distance to shops and restaurants, could not ask fo better. This is a definate good safe place

This is a great place to stay. The room was cleaned everyday. The folks at the main desk were just great.
Get a room over looking the marina.
Next door to the Inn is a super great resturant the "F Stop" The food is excellant and the owner Arlendo is a super guy. Nadia his manger makes thins right for you.
I suggest the fish and chips... It the best I ever had.
The locals hand out here, so you know it's good

As Turks and Caicos is one of the few "countries" in the Caribbean that I haven't visited before, and I was already in the "neighborhood", I booked 5 nights at the Turtle Cove Inn in early December. I selected this property since it was one of the few that seemed to offer decent value for the money. I wouldn't call it cheap, however, with taxes it came to about 120 USD per night. My room was perhaps a little bit worse for wear, but it was nothing that bothered me. And the hard-working cleaning lady from Haiti kept the room in perfect order for me. I had a nice view of the Turtle Cove Marina, and beyond that the ocean (which is actually the North Atlantic and not the Caribbean Sea). The pool area was also pleasant, and since Turtle Cove is more or less in the center of the island, it is a good point of departure for excursions - in my case sightseeing by bicycle. I doubt very much that I will ever come back to Providenciales, but if I do I would be happy to book here again.

Recently returned from Providenciales where I spent 7 days of diving. Stayed in the "Turtle Cove Inn" which is located on the Turtle Cove Marina. A nice and quiet hotel with very friendly staff.
Rooms are clean and proper maintained.

Enjoy the evenings on the patio or near the pool to relax or grab a bite at the several restaurants close to the hotel. A great place to stay if you do not want to stay in a resort.

This certainly will be my hotel for the near future.

Stayed only one night at this hotel. Found the staff to be wonderful. Pleasant and helpful.
The rooms were very clean. It is handy to some really nice eateries and coffee shops. Felt very comfortable at this hotel. Nice pool and pretty views. Only downside, people smoke on there patios and it drifts into rooms. Dissappointing because the view of the marina is beautiful.. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Turtle Cove Inn is not a four star hotel by lodging standards, but if you want to be close to some great snorkeling and hang out in a less touristy area this is the place.

The Inn is clean and well kept with very pleasant and helpful staff. Several restaurants and a cute coffee shop are very close by as well. Grocery store is a bit of a hoof, but doable on foot, and especially easy if you rent bikes from Scooter Bob's.

We were here for the snorkeling. You can easily walk to Smith's Reef - which was fantastic! We saw great marine life and a tremendous variety. You can also easily walk to Children's Park (I am pretty sure that is what it is named) and there is a little reef off of there that also had great fish and corals. Both places are fairly deserted most of the time - as opposed to Coral Gardens.

However, if you really enjoy a good walk, you can got all the way down to Coral Gardens too. And eat at the Somewhere Cafe - where "Fran the Man" mixes a mean mojito (actually the best mojito I have ever had).

We walked down to the Gardens and then snorkeled all the way back - a long but totally awesome day in the water.

Turtle Cove Inn is for chillin' of the beaten path. If you want more of a party scene then head farther down Grace Beach or hit Club Med. But we weren't into that this trip.

FYI: power can be iffy on the island sometimes. The whole island was out of power for most of one day. And we were out of power for over 12 hours at Turtle Cove, but they put us up in their sister property (Sibonne) down Grace Bay for that night. Sibonne is a nicer facility with equally great staff, a lovely beach (Turtle Cove is on the marina, not the beach), and a wonderful restaurant.

Hope you enjoy TCI!
