“A delicious night out”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

This wonderful restaurant was chosen for a night out by friends who have been visiting TCI for years. Its in a slightly odd location but don't let that put you off as it so beautifully put together inside and out. The lanterns, low level lighting and tented ceiling really evoked the North African ambience perfectly. My 15 year old daughter said her "lemony chickeny kebob was AWESOME". My 13 year old loved her blackened beef, whilst my lamb shank was as good as I've had anywhere. Others on the table chose fish and all made very complimentary noises. Service was impecable and exteremly friendly. The overall atmosphere was relaxed but sophisticated. It wasn't a cheap night but we did get through quite a lot of delicious very cold white wine (don't ask which one- I didn't order it) which wouldn't have helped the bill. Treat yourself, you won't regert it.

“Mediterranean Delight”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 22, 2012

Who would expect this in the Islands. Food is outstanding, with a Moroccan twist. Some very unusual dishes , all very tasty.
Great atmosphere, hidden away off the beaten path. If you want something different don't miss Lemon Cafe.
As an FYI you can get some of their items at the Graceway IGA deli counter. Great for take home.

“Delicious Mediterranean Food!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 20, 2012

After dining a few nights in Turks and Caicos it seemed like a lot of the restaurants served very similar dishes, so we were in the mood for something different, and Lemon Café didn’t disappoint! The restaurant itself has an outdoor dining space nestled in the trees and lights similar to Coco Bistro, but much smaller in size.

The food was awesome. We ordered the spicy chorizo and grilled octopus as an appetizer, and the lamb burger and grilled lamb kabob platter as our entrees. The lamb was amazing…very tender and flavorful! For something different while visiting TCI I strongly recommend Lemon Café. In addition to great food, they also offer hookah and “Arabian Nights” which I was sad we missed.

“Al Fresco Dining, Intimate . . .”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 18, 2012

The Lemon Cafe came highly recommended by a local we chatted up and a dive restaurant "Fresh Catch," a great spot, btw. She said it was her favorite so we took her suggestion and had dinner one night. It is Al Fresco dining, mediterranean fare, intimate, dimly lit, live guitarist . . . charming. We were one of 3 tables so the service was on point. We ordered the Pork Tenderloin with Mushroom Risotto and the lobster tail special. The risotto was delicious as was the pork but, risotto was the highlight. The lobster tail came with 3 huge tails and they were tender and delicious. It was served over sweet potato puree and spinach. We were really happy with our choices. Being a mediterranean restaurant there were a lot of Lamb dishes which we do not eat. Our bill was about $100 with no apps, just one martini, bottle of water, and 2 entrees. We did get eaten by the mosquitos but, they do have bug spray if you ask. Overall I give the restaurant a 4 out of 5. I would return but, not because I ate something to die for.
