When trying to decide on who would host our wedding dinner, I kept hearing great things about Kissing Fish Catering Co. and Bay Bistro. I AM SO HAPPY I chose them! Joan was amazing throughout the planning, helping me with the menu choices, decorations, set up, etc etc. We chose to do our wedding dinner on the beach in front of Bay Bistro, where we had the best meal of our life! We paid extra for the tents, had an amazing private bonfire, private chef (Clive Whent himself!), private server, and a private open bar! They even put my chair ties on the chairs! We had so much food, and Clive even added items to the menu we did not know where going to be there! It was so incredible, we had mahi mahi, hamburgers, jerk chicken, potato salad, salsas, orzo and shrimp, conch fritters, corn, vegetables on the skewer, etc etc etc and YUMMY key lime pie for dessert!!!! The open bar was great, the bonfire was amazing, and we ended our night by making smores and roasting marshmallows as the sun set over gorgeous Grace Bay!!!

You will NOT regret choosing Bay Bistro/Kissing Fish. A great surprise was they set up an ipod connection and had music playing for us!!! It was delicious, romantic, relaxing, and the best dinner we could have ever imagined!

Not only did they cater our wedding dinner, my husband and I went back on our last evening in T&C to actually eat at the restaurant and YUMMY!!! PLEASE try to Conch Won Tons, they are SO good. The food and atmosphere at sunset is so lovely!

Not only did Bay Bistro have the best ocean views during our dinner, service was quick, staff very accommodating and food excellent! The conch wontons were our favorite, followed by the grouper special of the evening. Wish we had stayed in Provo longer to enjoy this fantastic find for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

We went here many times during our two week stay in Provo. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all great. My favorite was the Crab & cream cheese stuffed Chicken. My wife loved the coconut crusted conch in a curry sauce. And for dessert the Coconut Cheesecake was awesome.

The Bay Bistro Restaurant was the setting for the most amazing wedding anyone could possibly ask for. The magic began at sunset as my daughter and her husband exchanged vows on the beach against a background of magnificent crimson and orange sky. The cocktail hour around the pool was phenomenal and included the fabulous conch fingers one of the chef's specialties. As a part time resident of the island, I took t he advice of many colleagues and chose the Bay Bistro Restaurant as the venue for my daughter's wedding - an optimal decision on my part. The food was truly delicious, graciously served and more than plentiful. Our guests included many sophisticated "foodies" from New York, San Francisco and Boston and everyone gave rave reviews for the cuisine. The buffet included several different cold salads including my favorite, the leek and Swiss cheese, as well as grilled vegetable kabobs, scalloped potatoes, grouper and prime rib - all of which were absolutely delicious. It was a memorable experience and would not have been possible without the hard work of Joan, Clive, Mike, Craig, Junior, Stacy, Dominica and many other staff members too numerous to mention. If you want an affair that will be remembered forever, this is the place to go!
