I've eaten at Bay Bistro 3 or 4 times over the course of 3 visits to Providenciales, and it is always one of my favorite meals and experiences. The food is absolutely wonderful - delicious seafood (always my choice - it's the islands!) and creative and tasty spicing, sides, etc. Fun drink menu too. The setting is really lovey - right on the beach, and there's even a table or two right ON the beach, with tiki torches and island breezes. I've always found the service to be prompt and friendly. All in all a great dining experience for any meal! Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful place to grab a delicious lunch in the middle of a beach day or dine out at night for a lovely dinner. The food was fantastic with a beautiful presentation and the location right on the beach can't be beat.

No frills, just beachy open air dining. Make your own omelet for $7 with great homemade bread, fruit, and the potato of the day. I ate there on back to back mornings. Eat while watching the beach activities and feeling the breeze.

Even though some recent reviews were not positive, we decided to lunch at Bay Bistro and are very glad we ignored those negative reviews. Upon arriving for lunch, we were approached immediately and seated and our drink orders taken in less than 5 minutes. The service was prompt and friendly. We had (between 4 of us), conch won tons, conch pizza, fish and chips, conch chowder, tuna and conch fingers. The chowder and tuna were exceptional and the other items were very good. The prices were very reasonable for this island and we would definitely return. With the breeze blowing and the water spread out before us, this was a memorable lunch.
