Little Cayman Beach Resort was full of surprises (and good kind at that). We were there for 4 nights and can't wait to go back soon! Being the dive resort, you expect the dive operation to be first class which it was. But what I wasn't expecting was such great buffet food and awesome little spa by delightful Laura. Their culinary team definitely knows what they are doing. Also, the spa is probably the best kept secret. It is a one (wo)man show so make sure you go there, Laura is there to provide the service. I got a facial and a massage on my last day...having worked at the Ritz Carlton and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group (both pride themselves for having great spa), I have had fair share of spa treatments but Laura's treatment was one of the best.
The only reason I didn't give give start is that the bathroom had a bit of moldy smell that would not go away. Being in the tropics I am sure it is difficult to keep mold out but it was very noticeable. Also if you are not a diver/fisherman, there is not much else to do on the island so know that before going there.
