Our group of four were looking for a Sunday brunch and found Agua. What attracted us was the menu and the claim of "endless bubbles". The menu was wonderful! I stayed with the "cold buffet" (shrimp, sushi, pâté..) while the others had both. Everything was exceptional. Our waiter, Sandee, kept the champaign glasses full and had us try a strawberry purée as a mixer for our champaign (delicious). The only down side was once some selections were gone (sushi, pâté), it took time for the staff to replenish these items ---so make the 11:30 a.m. seating.
