We have returned to the Islands Club for the 10th time, and yes, we STILL love it there! The units have all been completely refurbished and updated post-Ivan, so our 2 units were beautiful! The beach is the best feature here.....it is very wide and never ever crowded (an understatement, for sure!). This section of 7 Mile Beach is one of the best.....you can walk right into the gin-clear water with no rocky coral or ironshore to hurt your feet. It's also possible to walk on the beach in either direction to bars, restaurants, etc, although one of the best things to do is stay on the beach until after the sun has set. Quite an experience. We have no complaints at all about the Islands Club.....the units are equipped with everything that anyone would need to have a great vacation. Favorite restaurants: Calypso Grill, Grand Old House, Wharf, & for a fun, casual meal, Rackhams. Can't wait to go back for #11!

The Islands Club
The Islands Club was magnificent in every way, from the private beach to the sunset every night we had a wonderful stay. Thanks go out to Patricia and the wonderful staff of The Islands Club who went out of their way to make us feel right at home.
The weather was wonderful and the people of Grand Cayman were as wonderful as the weather. Ten days was not enough to enjoy the Island and all the things we wanted to do, from StingRay City to the beaches it was all we expected and a whole lot more. If food is what your after then you'll find it on Grand Cayman, from the Lobster Pot to Cafe Med and on to Edoardo's the food was great. We will be back!!

The Islands Club
My wife and I just returned from our third trip to Cayman. As usual everything was perfect. The island is recovering nicely from Hurricane Ivan. Most if not all retail including restaurants and bars are open and running. We stayed at the Islands Club, on Seven Mile Beach, for the second time. Our condo was absolutely beautiful. The ocean was around 50 yards out our back porch with a great beach. One of the nicest things about the island, to us, is that the beach is not packed with people. Someone would come walking by every 10 minutes or so, that’s it, pure peace, and solitude. Quick recap:

Island Club Condos 9.5 Each unit individually owned, ours was great.

Reef Grill 6.5 Way over-rated, don’t bother.
Deckers Bar/Grill 8.5 Great bar and good food (try the Tuna or Shrimp pasta)
Lone Star 6 Not very good at best, used to be pretty good, maybe bad night
The Wharf 7.5 over-rated but a Cayman classic with a good bar
Eden Rock 8.5 Good lunch and cold beer
Cayman Divers 9 Dive operators aka Divers Down. Mattie took us on a great dive.
Mobey Dick Tours 9 Sting Ray City trip. Very experienced staff, good guys.
I should note that Cayman is not the place for wild nights out, stick to Mexico for that. But, for great water and beaches, nice people and little or no crime, Cayman is the best. Can't wait to go back.
The Islands Club
Upscale property in a prime location of 7 Mile Beach. No crowding, 400' of beach and low occupancy. Rental units are beautifully appointed and the service is excellent! Rates are competitive.
