My wife, Josette, and I were referred here... we crossed our fingers and hoped for the best, and we scored. Close to everything that satisfied our needs... didn't need to rent a car... walking distance to it all. We came here to dive and this location made it all so convenient. The accomodations were immaculate comfortable & spacious... what a great view. Thanks to Max and everyone else who supported our stay... next time we're thinking extended stay (maybe even some golf), and where else would we do that but the GrandView condos!

We ended up at the Grandview condos after being disappointed with the construction in front of Treasure Island Condos. The Grandview Condos couldn't have been better. Donald keeps the grounds spotless. Max and Kenesha went out of their way to help us and called us by name when they saw us around the property. The snorkeling out front was the best on the island that we saw. My kids had the pool practically to themselves. We would definately stay here again and rent directly from Grandview Condos.

We stayed at The Grandview Condos 7/17-7/23 and had a wonderful time! My husband and I, two kids (ages 12 and 9) and father-in-law stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, ocean-front condo that had everything we needed - lots of space, wonderful screened-in porch, 2 open-air patios. Plenty of room so that we weren't on top of each other for the week! The view was spectacular and the location was great - very close to everything. The staff was wonderful and very helpful in organizing activities for us and offering suggestions - really, really great! We really enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach in front of the Grandview - great for beginners and intermediate snorkelers - and pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Very nice!

The condo was clean, bright, well maintained, & within easy reach of the grocery store, restaurants, & shops. The grounds & pool were well kept. The beach was wonderful. Like most of Grand Cayman, there is some coral right off the beach, so water shoes are advised.

You can snorkel right off the beach! Saw several small turtles, squid, & numerous species of fish. Several public beaches just up the road if you want to swim / snorkel other areas as well.

The staff was fantastic. Max and Kenesha were great fun & all their recommendations were spot on. Definitely a place we would go back to!
