“Easy port”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2012

Easy to get around the port and it's very well kept. Easy to get where you want to go...even if it's just a stroll around.

“GEORGE TOWN PORT, GRAND CAYMAN”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2012

This is the port where cruise ships come in. Compact, busy George Town is the business, dining, drinking and shopping centre of Grand Cayman. Hog-Sty Bay saw much action seawards during the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries; now see water festivals, pirates, Batabano and visit Cayman heritage in the gingerbread building housing the National Museum on the seafront. Dive or snorkel straight off the beach on Bob Soto's Cheeseburger Reef, the closest reef to town. Go west to 7 mile beach and West Bay, home to 'Hell' from where you can send a postcard to friends. Go east to Rum Point, or hike the National Trust Mastic Trail wilderness and the Botanic Park. Go Northside to more remote beaches and quiet retreats. Best of all, fly over to Cayman Brac or Little Cayman, two islands only a half hour away to enjoy real wilderness, beaches, reefs, butterflies and wild endemic iguanas that 'have right of way'. Caribbean wonderland, hardly changed. A bonus - hardly any mosquitoes or biting insects!

“Sunset was Incredible!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 7, 2012

Enjoyed our brief time but there was so much to see and do within walking distance of the pier. Took short trip to 7-mile beach (just a lot of big houses), the Town of Hell, and the Turtle Farm. Loved the time at the Turtle Farm. No just for kids.

“It's a nice port for cruisers.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 5, 2012

From locally made clothing and trinkets to diamonds and candy, this port has something for everybody. You probably won't spend more than an hour here, but it's a nice spot to just tour around and enjoy.

“Updated and new”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2012

We loved that they now have some stores right in the port. And going through this area has improved greatly. Also, they have the most awesome candy shop there at the port. It has bulk candies of all sorts, chocolate, retro candy that I can't even find at home.
