“No better way to spend a day”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 9, 2013

Five of us rented jet skis for the whole day. Willis and CJ were extremely nice and helpful. No problems whatsoever, and they even lent us a GoPro to record our adventure for the day. Would definitely do it again, and for the price, you can't beat it.

“Great Service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2013

Very helpful staff. Was given a good orientation on the boat and of the surrounding waters (Even a map!). Boats were in very good condition and had no issues. Would definitely use them again!
Thanks for a great day!

“Great Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2013

the boat we reserved was waiting for us when we arrived in the morning. we were concerned that we might not be able to reach anyone should we need help. the gentleman we dealt with, Willis, gave us a cell phone to bring with us. this was a great way to show customer service. The boat was very comfortable & easy to maneuver. When our day was complete, a bit earlier than planned, we called and Willis met us at the dock. I would definitely recommend Moore Marine for boat rentals.

“The Best Way to Enjoy the North Sound and Sting Ray Sandbar”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 20, 2013

Thank you Moore Marine for allowing total strangers rent your boats. I would think this is a very difficult business and have found this service to be very rare for most islands we've visited. We were staying near Rum Point and had a party of 16, six of them children. We rented the 27' Crownline for a day. Rated for 9 people we shuttled back and forth from Rum Point to Stingray sandbar and snorkeling at the reef, although we could have very easily all been on board together. We also rented a tube so we could use it while shuttling people. This worked perfectly for us. The people at Moore Marine are very pleasant and provided us with a cell phone should we have any trouble while on the water. The boat, although not the one in the website picture, started and ran well. Toward the end of our day it did trigger an alarm. It took us awhile to figure out that it was telling us that there was a lot of water in the engine compartment. The automatic bilge pump was inoperable and we were sinking! Once we figured this out we merely pushed the bilge pump button and cleared the water out of the engine compartment. Problem solved and enjoyed the rest of the day. This boat had plenty of power for tubing and probably water skiing. It was very seaworthy on a moderately rough day. Anchoring at the sandbar was an adventure and we learned a lot the first try! If you want to get up close and personal to the sting rays be sure to stop at the grocery to pick up some frozen squid. I had some in my pocket and as soon as I hit the water they were all over me. They are so gentle. Although the people at Moore Marine are nice I would recommend just calling them and not trying to go through the website. They never responded to my inquiries through the website but they always answered their phone!?!
