Description: Just minutes from George Town, Grand Cayman, Seaharvest Restaurant and My Bar, located at Sunset House, are the essential Caribbean experience. My Bar is a huge open-sided, thatch-roofed cabana with the largest, and at times the liveliest, outdoor bar in Grand Cayman. This 'Best of Caribbean' award winner has been a favourite for tourists and locals for the past 50 years. Standing on the water's edge at Sunset House, it is, for many people, the location of treasured memories. Appealing to young and old it occupies a central place in the life of the Island. The Seaharvest Restaurant is only a few steps away from My Bar. It offers a spacious outdoor patio on the water's edge with amazing views of George Town harbour and Seven Mile Beach. Here you can dine and indulge, breathe the fresh evening air under the stars, listen to the waves and watch the sunset. The indoor air conditioned dining area is the perfect place for a relaxing meal, with a great view of the sunset and the Caribbean Sea. SeaHarvest restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Dinner reservations can include table choice. Selection must be made in advance. Guests of the famed Sunset House Dive Resort, where My Bar and SeaHarvest are located, do not need reservations.

“good eats”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013

I liked being on the ocean and eating, and the food taste good as well. It was fun to grab a drink and sit down with a lot of the staff and watch the sunset. They all make you feel at home.

“Pretty view for sunset, very average bar food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2012

Service was some of the slowest we experienced in our eight days of eating out on GC. Food was just so-so, I would come here for drinks and view and eat elsewhere.

“Delicious food, great staff.”

Cold beer which is just what you need after diving. Grilled dorado sandwich is the best. Bartenders remember you from your first day at the resort.

“Great food with a view”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 7, 2012

This is a great place to visit at any time of the day with ocean views, but it gets better at sunset. The food is excellent and freshly prepared, the service is quick and efficient and the choice of cocktails and drinks is broad and varied.

Onion rings are always a favourite as are the burgers. Snapper has always been commented on as being excellent as well.

If any locals are playing dominoes, stay as far away from their table as possible as they like to shout continuously as they play and you can barely hold a conversation, other than theat, this place is well worth a visit.

“Always Fantastic”

I have never had a disappointing meal or experience at MyBar/Sunset House. The food is always delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff are generally quite friendly and helpful. The sunset views are spectacular
