“Outstanding!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2014 via mobile

This was our favorite dinner in Cayman!! The food was fantastic! It's a farm to table restaurant that does not disappoint! If you like a fresh, made to order, delicious meal, come here and be sure to save room for dessert!! Highly recommend the mussel appetizer, the wahoo and the sticky toffee pudding and the trio ice creams with French press coffee! Yum! Wish I was back there right now!

“good food and atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2013

brasserie is located off the 7-mile beach and the food is slightly less expensive. it has an outdoor seating which is surrounded by tropical plants and banana trees - very secluded and Caribbean atmosphere.
The r-n specializes in fresh fish, as are most of the other r-ns in CI. We had fish soup and it was one of the top soups we had in our lives. Grilled tuna was just adequate (fresh, but overcooked), but vegetable platter and seafood pasta were good.
Wait staff was attentive. Overall, food experience would rank a 23-24 by Zaggat's in NYC

“fresh”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 24, 2013

Although a little pricey like everything in the Caymans,,, This place is the definition of fresh. 2 boats that fish for the restaurant and a garden with two on staff growers provide a true garden to plate experience with dishes based on the catch of the day and current harvested fruits and veggies. We have eaten like Kings here on Grand Caymans, but this is by far the best food yet.
They offer a euro type plate for 2 , {3 course meal} for 89 dollars CI. with wine which actually makes it a great deal. Deserts to die for. If you don't eat here during your stay you 're blowing it.

“Fresh market ingredients....”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2013

Located beside the government buildings in Georgetown, this is definitely frequented by local office workers vs. tourists. This review is for the Brasserie Market which is located beside the Brasserie. We arrived for a late lunch and unfortunately their lunch special and panini of the day were sold out. The Brasserie was closed for a private function.
You order at the counter and then pay at the cashier. There are several self serve condiments available including a tasty homemade hot sauce. Food was fresh and the turkey burger was both bigger and better than expected. Definitely recommended.

“excellent restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2013

everythings about this place was excellent, bar, dining room, outside patio, garden, etc. Although the prices on Cayman Islands are high Brasserie's menu is surprisingly affordable. between 4 of us we tried soups, salads, fresh catch, fish fry and chicken. all dishes were very very good.
