“Chef Course”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2013

I enjoy enjoyed a very romantic and delicious dinner with my girlfriend. We decided of the chef choice to prepared our meals. The chef prepared the most delicious food I have ever had, every bite had incredible flavor. The tomato salad and snapper were my favorite. The hand crafted cocktail were amazing as well. The bartender was wonderful with suggestion for drinks, food and places to enjoy the island. The waitress was wonderful describing the food and how the menu items are made from local ingredients and come from their own garden!!!! AMAZING

“Burgers and beer night every wednesday”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2013

Best burger on the island with a 1/2 pound paddy, choice of bread and fixings and an outstanding list of beers to accompany it. Try the sweet potato fries!

“Fine dining on a Monday night”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2013

Perhaps the Brasserie doesn't _need_ another 5-star review, but it certainly deserves one.

My husband and I dined there on Monday night and chose from their "Monday's secret pleasure" menu and were indeed pleased. The meal hit the mark -- the food, the service, the ambiance were all spot on. The Monday menu gave us a choice of starters (parsnip cream soup or local pumpkin ravioli), two mains (mahi mahi on a bed of baby greens and roast vegetables or local chicken with polenta), and wine (a Spanish white or an Italian red); and a dessert, carrot cake. Price CI$89 for two. Each course was beautifully executed and presented. We enjoyed the well-chosen Spanish white wine and can only assume that the red would be equally good.

Excellent service allowed us to enjoy the food -- the wait-staff found just the right balance of efficient, formal, and friendly.

Definitely worth visiting the Brasserie. Food was excellent and service was outstanding. Wine list is also very impressive. Our meal was perfect from start to finish.
