We ate there the 1st week of Feb. I had an appetizer of Deep fired plaintains and a main dish of a generous portion of Red Snapper in a banana leaf and my wife had the stuffed spinach salmon, Very good presentation on both meals and tastes to tantalize. You can watch the chefs cook your meal if you like as there is also chairs at the area where they cook. We spoke to the server who was able to get us the recipe. It was also really nice to interactwith the two chefs. If you have room for desert try butter pecan pie and ice cream which is all made on site. Tasty. Remember everything is in Cayman Funds so add the extra .20 to the dollar. Our meal was 85US. There homemade pizza looked good also
