“What a Beautiful Location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2013

This is a fantastic place for a beautiful view, great service, and good fresh seafood. It is small and out of the way, but if you are staying near Rum Point, it is a must!!!

We had great chowder, fried fish, and excellent boiled shrimp!!!

“Watching the waves roll while having Cayman treats - Yes”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2013

Over the Edge serves up some very fine loca fare on the beautiful waterside of the East End of the Island. A great stop on the way up to Rum Point, the breakfasts feature the great treat of codfish and ackee and omelettes with callaloo. Conch fritters are fresh and tasty, too. For lunch the marinated conch is a fine treat. Here you can also enjoy a nice cold Caybrew and watch the locals swim out to grab a fresh conch.

“Nice breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013

It smelled wonderful here. We did not go for lunch or dinner, but breakfast was good. The service was a bit slow on Sunday, especially considering there were only four tables of people. We would go again

“Nice place to stop on a tour around the island.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013

Over the Edge was recommended as a place that serves "traditional Cayman food" and it did not disappoint. We are pretty sure only tourists eat conch for the most part but you can have it any way you like at OtE. The conch stew was very nice and included traditional sides like casava, breadfruit, rice and beans. It is in a coconut milk base. The Seafood Chowder was very rich and lovely. Nice outdoor seating on the water.
