Beautiful property, typical Ritz class. Very knowledgable wait staff, huge wine list, diverse menu. I just happened to pick a red snapper entrée, which wasn't particularly flavourful. The others dishes at the table seemed very good though. Pricey dinner $1400 for 4 people, but we paired (with the help of the sommelier) some Cuvée, white and Red with each course. It was very well done.
