“worth the drive.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013

This was a very pleasant surprise. About 25 minute drive from Georgetown, but very easily found. The gardens were beautiful and all well kept. Not at all crowded and makes for a nice afternoon.

“LOTS ot beautiful flowers and iguanas!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013

While there are many orchids NOT in bloom in December, there was plenty of other beautiful flowers and wildlife to see! we saw many blue iguana, green iguana, fat frogs, and snakes...plan on coming back in May-July to see the orchids. :)
And, despite the fact that this is high tourist season, I don't think the cruise ship clientele make it this far to the East side of the island...another plus, as this was a relaxing walk through the various gardens/xeriscape. Loved it!

“Beautiful and interesting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013

The wilderness trail on a hot day is not such a great choice, but seeing the Blue Iguana in their own habitat up close and personal is a wonderful, once-in-a-lifetime experience. The flower garden walk is a must-do. The orchids are fascinating, the traditional Caymanian home exhibit a real treat, and there are photo opportunities galore throughout the entire park. Definitely a must-do stop when on Grand Cayman.

“Relaxing and different”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2013 via mobile

Great place to have a relaxing day away from the beach. Planting really well done and looks beautiful. Iguanas are cool and just hanging around. Great to have a walk in the cool shady trees. At 10usd well worth it.

“Worth the trip to see the blue iguanas”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2012

Just an average botanical garden, probably better when orchids bloom in the summer, still worth it to see the iguanas. A nice diversion from the beach if you need one!
