Just returned from Virgin Gorda and Paradise Beach and had one of the best vacations ever. The resort is very relaxing, the villas are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. Having a jeep was a great as there are many interesting places to go during the day. The beach was never crowded and most of the time no one was around.
Snorkeling is fabulous right off the beach and the resort provides all the equipment. This is a very layed back place and not much goes on so be prepared to do a lot of reading. Sunset was around 6:15 pm and after that you need to finds things to keep you entertained since there's no TV. We plan on returning next year.

We have been to Virgin Gorda on three occasions. We have stayed at Paradise Beach twice.We have found it wonderfully relaxing.The accomodations are top notch.We will surely be back again.

This May will be our 3rd trip back to this resort. Our 1st trip was in celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary. Websites and brochures can be deceiving, but NOT in this case! We had a fabulous beachfront villa where we just rolled off the deck, onto the sand and into the clear, calm waters. The following year we came back with our children. My wife and I wanted to share this fantastic resort and island with the rest of the family. There's plenty to do on VG or just plain veg out on the beach. This year we're going back with close friends and their family to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. Plus, we'll be meeting good friends we made from our 2nd trip. Try the Mine Shaft for a great tropical sunset while sitting on their deck with a rum punch in hand.
Also, take a ride to the other side to view a fabulous sunrise and view of other islands. We know our upcoming vacation to Paradise Beach Resort will be just as relaxing and meaningful as the last 2 trips. Our host, a good buddy now, offered great accommodations, island advice and comradery!

Paradise Beach Resort is a very casual place to relax on your vacation. It is simply a groupling of villas and apartments on the beach in beautiful Mahoe Bay on Virgin Gorda. It is in the quiet central part of Virgin Gorda. All rooms include a jeep to use, which is neccssary to get anywhere except the beach or Giorgio's table, a very nice Italian restaurant practically hanging over the water on a point between Mahoe Bay and Savanah Bay.Savanah Bay is right around the corner and is an amazing place to swim and sit on the beach.Rides into town (Spanish Town/The Valley) or up to Leverick Bay/Gun Creek on the North Sound are incredible as you pass up and over the mountains. I can't wait to go back!!!
