We stopped by in the late afternoon to check out this restaurant, along with a few others. Well prepared food and drinking good and reasonably priced wines is important to us. When we parked and began walking around the pool we were approached by a woman arriving for work. She was sweet and gracious and answered our questions. As a result, we returned an hour later, sadly the only customers as it was off season and Tortola was suffering just like so many islands.
However, our hostess/waitress was charming, bright, knowledgeable. The food was excellent featuring local fish and the wine list was impressive for a small restaurant on a small island. The prices were very reasonable, especially after having shopped around a bit. Don't get me wrong, we're willing to spend money when it's deserved.
Our entire experience was positive. We left comforted by carefully prepared and served food, a staff that was warm and friendly, wine that met our standards, and soothed by the open air.
We would definitely return.
