The cottages are comfortable but not luxurious; the kitchenette appliances should be updated. The plumbing in the shower needed work. The major problem though is external. Less than 100 meters away is the area's dance club that pumps out 4 hours of 100,000 watts of tooth shaking island music from 10PM to 2AM. Anaesthesia with plenty of Pussers is the only way to sleep. Look elsewhere for peace and quiet.

Just got back from Fischer's Cove Beach Hotel in BVI - Virgin Gorda. It is a very quant island hotel. It is peaceful, quiet & no crowds!! That was the best part. We had a hotel room which sat back from the water a bit, but from your upper balcony you can see the ocean. I would request a upper room, the difference is the air conditioner( which in March you didn't need) and the view> The tropical breeze came throught the room every night. The resort has a restaurant that was never crowded & the service was superb. Also the food was wonderful too. The girls in the office are so sweet & very personable. Ready to help you with any request. The beach & the water was the best!!! Not a crowded beach( actually we had the whole beach to our selves). The water perfect temp.
Also if your going to Virgin Gorda to see the Baths, this hotel i believe is the last on on that side of the island & the closest. It was approx. 1 mile to the Baths. You could walk it, as we started to, but a taxi picked us up for a small fee( 2.00 per person) from that point. I can't wait to go back for a full week or two.

My family and I have been to Fischer's Cove many times. The people are wonderful and the location is to die for. The rooms are basic, but the lack of luxury there is more than made up for by the location. I would highly recommend it for service, location, and value.
